And no matter how carefully I pack, my suits always come out looking like they went through a spin cycle. Showing up to meet a new client with a wrinkled jacket is not an option, and hotel irons are honestly a gamble. Half the time they’re missing, don’t get hot enough, or — worst of all — have that rusty water drip that ruins your clothes. So I finally grabbed this 1200W handheld steamer, and I swear, I should’ve bought one years ago. It heats up in seconds — faster than any steamer or iron I’ve ever used — and the water tank holds more than enough for a full outfit. I’ve steamed a dress shirt, trousers, and even a blazer on one fill with room to spare. What I love most is how lightweight it is. You’d think something this compact wouldn’t have much power, but it pushes out strong, consistent steam that actually gets deep wrinkles out. The ceramic head is a nice touch too — no rust, no weird residue, none of that “am I about to ruin my clothes?” anxiety you get with old hotel irons. It’s basically become a non-negotiable part of my travel kit. It’s the easiest steamer to use among the ones I’ve tried so far. It heats up quickly and removes most wrinkles with just a few passes. The water tank is small, but it’s enough for a couple of outfits and keeps the device lightweight. I like that it doesn’t spit water and works well on different fabrics, including thicker ones. It’s definitely not as strong as a full-size steamer, but for daily touch-ups or quick fixes before going out, it does the job really well. Overall, a practical and reliable steamer for everyday use.

Nice size steamer. I needed it for some new curtains that just won't loose their wrinkles. Works well so far. PROs: Easy to hold, not too heavy, even when full of water. I was worried the water tube was going to be too small and not last long, but it surprisingly did okay. I used the light level of steam and it almost completed an entire curtain panel 54" x 94". Considering these wrinkles were wanting to make a permanent home in my drapes (even after washing and tumble drying) I think it worked pretty well. Good flow of steam, even on the Low setting, cord length is decent (using on drapes that are hung, I could have used a longer cord, but for other jobs it would have just been in the way if it was longer). The rotating head is a super nice touch and came in handy. It comes with a cooling plate that doubles as a wall hanger for storage. CONs: The purple head left some small purple streaks on my new drapes. Nothing terrible, easy to hide while hanging, not sure if they will wash out or not, however a smaller item of clothing would show the marks easily and would ruin a good blouse/shirt. It was at the beginning of use of the unit. Not sure if I was running the unit to heavily on the fabric, or if it was something that I should have cleaned off before use or tried it out while hot on a test cloth first. The entire head of the unit gets HOT. Don't touch the head at any time after plugging it in. Not even in the first couple of seconds! You can't change the position of the head once plugged in, so be sure to do that beforehand. The unit also takes a long time to cool, so be prepared to leave it someplace safe for a while. So only four stars due to the purple streaks on my new drapes, again they were narrow lines and I should be able to hide them (my drapes are a light grey in color). A larger, non plastic plate for cooling/storage would be nice to keep items and hands safe from the very hot unit. Other than that this steamer works well and I would recommend it, if used with care.
