I wanted a lightweight chair that is manoeuvrable and easy to lift into the trunk, and the “luggage cart” style to transport it on public transit to the person I’m picking up at the hospital, so this fit the bill. It is a nice chair but it came with a missing rivet to hold the handle bar assembly together. I sent an email to the seller and it took 7 Amazon agents to get a return label from Canada to the U.S.; however, the seller did respond and offered a refund rather than returning it because of the cost of shipping it to and from Canada due to U.S. tariffs. I had suggested that the 18” chair be made available on Amazon Canada, given the 16” is available because it made it expensive having to buy from Amazon U.S. I was very pleased that the seller listened and it is going to stock the 18" version on Amazon.ca within 30 to 40 days. I could not wait for the chair to be on Amazon Canada's store, so I ordered a second one, this time with the adjustable back and it's exactly what I was looking for and it was not defective. It took much longer than expected, but that is Amazon U.S.'s fault in delaying the shipment. I've increased the rating despite the defect because the seller has been awesome, it's been responsive and it has listened with personalised responses which is rare these days. The second chair that arrived is great. I highly recommend this seller. On a side note, the listing indicates it comes with a storage bag, which is misleading. I figured out it meant the little pouch hanging off of the seat for a cell phone. ... show more

The seat is good with a firm support. Brake works well and the easy to maneuver around. The back can also angle at around 90 degree or more to relax. This brand is well made and sturdy. I would recommend.

This Transport Wheelchair appeared to be very nice .unfortunately upon arrival...the box it came in didn't appear to be taped closed correctly and the backrest bars was bent which prevented the break/handle bar from being able to be inserted. The break/handle bar just didn't line up with the backrest bars...so I had to send it back. This was very disappointing because I needed this for my 80 yrs Mom who was coming in town for a visit in a few days. I ordered another one that was exactly the same. Soo hopefully the second one won't be defective and/or someone else's returned item. ... show more

    • Pretty good but not prefect
It does the job ok, my dad is about 220 lbs. It holds him but I do wish it felt more sturdy. I know it probably would be heavier then tho. One issue is the foot test. When folded up, it still sticks out farther than I'd like for my walker using father. We make it work. And lb his bad days, I use it in the house with him because it fits through the doorways. ... show more
