I used it for the first time this weekend attempting to clean my awning. The handle is put together in sections and when my hands got wet and soapy the handle was very hard to hold on too! Second the head section was tight but it would turn as I cleaned the awning. Final gave up and turned to my brush on an extendable pole. Awning got cleaned. Good concept but might need a few improvements…like grips of some sort on the handles and some way to lock the head in position instead of a plastic screw knob.

Let’s face it, rv awning’s can be hard to clean. Leaving the campsite, who wants to roll up a wet awning only to find mold and mildew when you unroll it again? This very clever product is the perfect solution for keeping your rv awning in like new condition. I’m 5’2”, so I have a very difficult time reaching the awning with a standard broom to knock off the leaves as I pack up to pull out of a campsite. Not a problem with this mop! It has an extra long handle and makes the job a breeze! Did have an issue with the mop head, but when I contacted the company they resolved to problem very quickly and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. Don’t think I’ve ever seen such amazing customer service. HIGHLY recommend this product and this company!!! I did not receive any payment nor product for this review.

The mop head would work better if the pole didn't strip out when putting together or while in use. It makes it very hard to use. In addition the mop head doesn't have any squeegee mechanism to wring out the head before, during or after use. It would also be nice if the pad had a scrubber section or side. Not really please to have to go buy a broom handle for this. Disappointed at best.

We’ve had trouble trying to keep our camper awning clean! We are very picky & always clean the awning off as good as we can but we never get all the dirt off which leads to the black streaks on the underneath side. We used this a couple weeks ago & it worked perfect & removed all the rain water before we rolled the awning in! We couldn’t believe how dirty the awning was cause the microfiber pad was filthy! Whoever came up with this is a genius!!!! Highly recommend if you are picky about your awning staying clean before rolling up!

I was using a broom and a towel wrapped on the end. It would take much longer because you are cleaning only the edge as you roll and wipe. This hugs the edge and overlaps to cover a lot of the awning cover. Much faster now and a more cleaner wipe.

The plastic screw to hold the angle does not work. There is no way to tighten the screw enough to hold it in place...as soon as you start putting any pressure on the handle, the screw slips out of place making it unusable. Additionally, the first time I used it, one corner of the pad ripped so now the plastic pokes through and may damage the awning. Since the first time I used it was after the return period, I went ahead and put a bolt through the tightening knob with a wing nut. That has helped but I need to put some kind of lock nut or something to keep it from loosening/moving.

Didn’t work like I thought it would have. I thought I would have been able to swipe it across the awning to clean it off but not with this. It kept “rolling” and would flip the head of the cleaning part on irs edge. Not able to clean anything with it. I returned it. Don’t buy. It’s not worth the hassle.

I love the idea of cleaning the awning but unfortunately it wouldn’t stay tight in the right position and the upper part kept falling off. Impossible to use. Needs better parts.

The product didn’t work right out of the box. The knob/screw to tighten the head does not stay tight loosens up immediately as soon as any pressure is put on it.
