I mounted one of these panels along with a trail camera up in a tree last October. This is now April & the trail camera is still functioning perfectly. Moreover, the camera was in operation during the entire time. There was no point at which the camera lost power. Even when we had snow & I know the panel was covered for about 3 weeks, the onboard batteries in the panel kept the camera going. I now have 4 of these solar panels deployed on the property.

Over all nice design anything can always be upgraded. Easy to install. With this you should not need to buy batteries. Has stable charge on batteries.
