My rug was delivered with a rip on one of the edges. I want a refund or partial refund because the rug is a beautiful rug and I would like to keep it. (02/14) - this is another updated review regarding Carpet King's customer service representative, Mark. Mark follow-up with my concerns immediately. I truly want to "Thank" him for the outstanding customer services. Mark informed me that I will get a discount for the damage on the rug. I would give this 5 stars hands down, the only reason I'm not is that the color and print looks a little cheaper than in the pictures. It's not bad, just a little "lower resolution" I guess, like it's not as sharp as I expected. But that said it's plush and cozy, easy to keep clean, and everyone comments on the unique shape.
