if i could rate this a zero i could, we charged it for 2 hours, it was still dead, left it for another 3 hours, was still dead, We went to a Christmas party for 5 hours, when we came back, yup you guessed it, it was still dead. we had to send back for refund that same Christmas day. What a disappointment. For the $$ you’d think you’d get a quality product. It came uncharged so we tried to charge it - the instructions say it should charge in 2-3 hours. I order this for my daughter birthday she’s always wanted a gold hoverboard which is what I thought was it. When open it literally wasn’t even close to what the picture was it gave more of a orange gold when it first came out i thought it was orange.
