TPOB Mini Clippers Honestly, I was pretty hyped to try these out, and they didn’t disappoint. Right out of the box, you can tell TPOB put real thought into the build quality. They feel solid, super lightweight, and fit like a glove in my hand—that thumb dimple on the top casing is a total game-changer for control when you're doing detail work. They throw in all the standard gear you'd expect, like guards and blade oil. But here’s the kicker: they actually bundled a zero-gap tool in the box. Seriously, I wasn't expecting that at all. Huge props to TPOB for that move—every single clipper brand out there needs to start taking notes and doing the exact same thing. I am a TPOB Fan! Love the Quiet Motors! Every barber i know has one! Highly recommend to those lookin to upgrade. These are great for sensory issues... if you are a woman i recommend the Play Mini fits perfect in slender hands at just over 5" i have the psycho blade for the Trimmer ... I'm only enthusiast about hair cutting, but TPOB Mini Play is for me best hair clipper I've ever had. Robust and handy with nice rubber grip, with enough power to cut through various hair, and with enough energy to withstand for 1-2 hours. Great and easy for hair fading with the adjustable lever. Package contained except hair clipper with blade (sharp!) and manual, few combs, charging adapter, small bottle of oil, little brush for blade, and blade liner. Solid little clipper. These aren’t going to be your main clippers for debulking. They’re more suited for tapering and that’s what I mainly use them for. They are super quiet and small, so I also use them for toddlers or kiddos with sensory issues. They will lag a bit if you’re going too fast through longer/thicker hair types. Guards are a bit finicky to remove but I rather they stay on versus falling off. Battery life is great, haven’t had any issues with that. ... show more

Cutting is awesome, but after just 5 months of owning the mini, it’s not holding a charge. Just blinks every time I charge it. Could charge it for hours and it still blinks. Cut for 10-15 minutes and it starts to blink red. Had the same issue with the regular TPOB play. One of the other barber in the shop has the same issue. He bought his a month before me and his died a month before mine too. Don’t know if others have the same issue. ... show more
