Bought one of your routers today to replace the one we were using from our internet provider that went bad. Had a lot of trouble trying to get it connected to the internet. Your directions on how to do the set up were not clear for a “non computer savvy” customer. Finally was able to contact your company via telephone and was helped by Mona.
