This printer is awesome!! It was so easy to set up and literally started printing in less than 10 min. It's definitely great for kids my 10 year old learned how to use it very quickly and the app that goes with it has so much on it. Absolutely worth every penny!!

It stopped working after just a few uses. The absolute worst customer service. It’s as though they are intentionally asking imbecilic questions just to avoid helping you. Worst company customer service. Junk product.

The grandsons are loving the 3D printers. It was simple to set up and they were quickly printing and enjoying the finished products. They love picking from the online catalogue to print their selections. I would recommend buying this item for your young or first time 3D print individuals. The printers arrived quickly and were packaged very well.

The 3D printer worked great until the nozzle clogged. Judging by on-line comments clogging happens fairly often. A wire having the diameter of the nozzle interior should be provided with the printer.

Piece of crap. Printed 3 small items before the pen stopped working. Followed all of the recommended items to fix it. But not being a tech guru I was unable to get it to work again. I figure each of the little toy figurines we printed cost me about $100 each
