Overall the rack itself is very sturdy and decent. Not a big fan of the included bench but trying to give it a chance to get use to it. The set came in 6 separate boxes, some I got right away but others ended up being lost or not shipped til a month later.

Packaged well. No daaged parts. Easy to follow instructions. Went together in no time. Super durable. I am lifting pretty heavy and this thing is stable and tuff. Versitale, Easy to move stuff around and shift to different body parts and exercises.
