Pro: It looks great and the flames are nice. Con: Loud, heater has one setting either on or off, no thermostat in it, cant run heater without flames, overall my $25 space heater is a better item and requires no installation. Kind of a waste of time and money, I will probably return it.

This fireplace is a beauty! Stainless steel has an extra edge. Well packaged, arrived on time. My contractor who installed suggested having a deprecate circuit installed for the fireplace only. I used wall panels on the wall around the fireplace! Love it!

Arrived ahead of schedule and fireplace well protected in box. Installation on wall took about 1-hour, just followed instructions. Mounted in foyer on 100 year plaster and lathe walls with drywall anchors with bottom of fireplace at 60", as I have ten foot ceiling height. It does make some low noise, but we use our Amazon Echo to play ambient fireplace sounds and it works perfectly to mask the noise and it gives the feeling of having a real fireplace. Visitors are blown away by it and think it's stunning.

Used it once or twice a week for few hrs to warm up the area. Month ago the flame lights starting to dim and take longer to appear after turned on. When heat turned on the flames would fade completely after cpl of hrs. Then in a week or so flames disappeared completely and since yesterday it wouldnt even turn on.
