Love this lamp so much! It looks just like the photo pictured, it’s beautiful! It was extremely easy to put together it took me maybe 20 minutes in total. It’s also very light, so super easy to move around. I love that you’re able to charge your phone or any other item and that you’re able to use this for storage as well with the shelving. You don’t have a typical light-switch with this lamp it’s an easy little touchpad which is nice and convenient with options on brightness as well!

Buying furniture and similar accessories from Amazon has become somewhat of a joke. Prices are through the roof, and that applies to even the crappiest of crap. I recently bought a cheap TV stand that seriously came with hollow plastic legs. And it's not good plastic, either. You can squeeze them like a drinking straw. It's really become quite unbelievable what they can get away with, given the growing issue with shrinkflation and all. So it's high praise when I say that I am seriously impressed with the quality of this lamp. It's rock-solid, assembles in about 20 minutes, and looks like a dream. It is classy, attractive, and well-built. The only thing I feel needs to be mentioned is that it's VERY easy to overtighten the included screws. There are plastic threads that help lock the screws in place. While I appreciate this addition, you have to be extremely careful when tightening. Trust me, you'll start hearing cracking and creaking—that's your first and only warning that it's time to stop tightening. The plus side is that after the first or second screw, you'll know when to stop tightening before it starts making those worrisome sounds. Other than that, this is a fantastic lamp that looks great and adds a lot of character to the room. I like that it's equipped with a small circular touch plate—about the size of a quarter—that controls the three lighting settings. Each setting is a noticeable improvement over the last, making the dimmer a functional, worthwhile inclusion. For the price, this lamp is a steal.

Double update The seller reached out to me and offered to send replacement parts. I'm surprised and I appreciate it. Absolutely worth another star, but that last one is still off for it not being very sturdy. I still love it Update, the USB broke after using for like two weeks, not impressed. I was very generous with my original review because I really wanted to like it. The wobblyness of it and the fact that it's breaking already made me take off two stars. It's not like it's that cheap of a price either, I guess they don't mind selling kinda crappy stuff. Still looks nice and the light works fine but I'm not holding out that this will last through the year. Firstly, this light is super cool. It's exactly how it looks in the pictures and looks great in my house. My only issue is its super wobbly. The wood is thin and the hardware is kind of cheap. For the manufacturer, it would be a great idea to put threaded metal inserts in place of the... nothing that it currently uses. I'm not afraid of it tipping over, but if it gets bumped it will move quite a bit. If you could tighten it more I think it would help but you need to be careful to not overnighter anything as it's kind of cheap quality. I still gave it 5 stars because I really like it. Maybe I should have taken one off for sturdiness but I really like it. The touch power button is a cool feature too. I love the usb ports built in as well, very functional. It would be nice if they were high speed ports, but again it's great as is. You can always plug in a faster power supply to the 110 plug if you have to have top speed charging all the time. Another idea would be to integrate wireless charging into it. I plan to cut out room for my wireless charger to fit inside one if the shelves so I just place my phone there and its charging. Super cool light tho. I'm happy.

Whoever created this is BRILLIANT and felt grateful the whole time I was putting it together. Which didn’t take long at all; although I was very methodical and careful not to twist the polls so tight that they shatter the wood. I noticed some people complained about that and I’m like well just be careful not to twist and so tight; needs a gentle touch. It's sturdy; really I didn’t have any concern about it being tipped over, I did put kind of a heavy object on the bottom shelf. I confess, that I ordered this for the switch and not so much for the ability to plug in your cell phone or tablet. However, that is a definite bonus if I should get sick my daughters always say keep your cell phone by your bed, and then it’s a kind of a problem to plug it in but in this case, easy-peezy if I needed to. I do not like to see wires; it’s a personal pet peeve of mine. I think it’s ugly and sloppy to have a lot of wires showing so I appreciated the way you clip the wires to the pole up and you can’t see them and yeah it’s great for me. I’m 74 years old and really not that clever when it comes to assembling things but I did NOT have any problem with this at all. The wood is lightweight but heck it’s coming in a small box that can't be too heavy; you can’t have everything! I can replace a water bottle or medications on the shelf AND the on-off and dimming control switch is on the shelf and easy to reach from the bedside; you just push the little silver button and you can adjust the brightness and it does get very very bright if you want that and it also has the three levels and i love the dim light especially. It arrived so quickly being delivered practically the next day. (I did order a similar lamp from a different company--that one had a handheld remote control BUT I waited a week and it didn’t get delivered and it was very frustrating waiting for it. But in the end, I will probably like this one better anyhow. The lampshade is all one piece it doesn’t come apart like in that other review for the other similar product--this lampshade is sturdy and it just sits right on there secured in. Really you couldn’t ask for anymore; at least I can’t, and I wanted to write a review because I really appreciated this standing lamp! I like the lighting is above so it’s just perfect I just love it and do not hesitate to recommend it. They even give you a few extra screws and things--at first I thought uh-oh I think there should be four of these and there’s only three but you only needed two; so they just give you an extras. I read the directions carefully and took my time assembling but it didn't take long at all. I say enough praise for whoever created this and designed it and packed up and shipped it to me I am very very grateful!
