Fantastic toilet, you were already set up. It was easy to install even though I've never installed a toilet before. Has a powerful flush while using less water than my older toilet. Shipping arrived faster than expected and nothing was broken as I was afraid of that being a problem. This is a well made toilet, my old American standard had some plastic internals in the bowl, the Toto Drake is all porcelain as long as you don't over tighten the bolts you'll have a long lasting toilet. ... show more

I had 2 of these put in my remodeled bathrooms about 6 weeks ago. Even though it's a water-saving toilet, the flush is strong and thorough and much briefer than my old toilets' flush time. The bowl does stay surprisingly clean with the water's swirl pattern around the rim. Some reviewers of Toto toilets were concerned that the porcelain lid might fall and break because it sits flush [toilet pun] on top and doesn't overhang. But it is snug because there are ridges inside the lid to keep it in place. This lid design makes it look compact with clean, smooth lines. I'm very happy with these toilets. ... show more

So frustrated. This toilet was: - Delivered late. - Only delivered the base, no tank. - Found it as shown, both ends of the box open, sitting in the rain. (Even though I was home when it was delivered.) - Zero padding around the toilet inside the box. - Completely shattered on one end. I did tons of research before deciding on this Toto toilet, and I still want one, but I will NOT be re-ordering from Amazon. ... show more

Replaced a 20 yr old 1.6 gallon Kohler, that needed two flushes, too often. No adjustment could resolve this. The Toto has a quicker flush, that is a little louder, and thorough every time. In addition it uses less water, and has a nicer finish.
