This is an extremely solid bike and fun to ride, you can tell it's well built and will last. It was easy to set up, and felt very solid, during assembly and riding. It also looks great, the design is eye-catching in a cool way. Compared to other ebikes, this one felt a bit heavier but has more power, so it's enjoyable to ride and if you turn the assist settings higher, it functions as essentially a scooter instead of a pedal bike. So it makes long rides in summer very easy if you need to commute without sweating too much. There was a slight issue, but the seller went above and beyond making sure all problems were handled with great communication. From the box it was vary easy to put together, and work. When you're putting it together, you can see, and feel the quality of the bike. Very solid construction. My initial ride till now has been nothing short of pure fun, and injoyment. The bike has plenty of power to get my 230 lb ars everywhere on and off road. The shock system works very well, and it's nice that you can adjust the front. The bike is very easy to fold, and it's very easy to adjust for different size riders. I do wish it came with fenders. Fenders are somewhat hard to find for this bike. I found some Ecotric 26"fat tire fenders that look and function very well for the bike. Other then that, I'm so happy I bought this bike. This company initially was great at fixing the problems I encountered with their defective product. Their first fix made the problem worse. Now though, they're stringing me along. It's been 18 days since they said they would replace a defective part and they keep telling me they have to order the part. This product was flawed from the initial order, but this company just wants to string me along. More than happy to update this review if the company decides to honor their warranty. The media could not be loaded. Pros: *Good price for a double suspension e-bike. *Confortable to ride. *Easy to ride when using as a regular bike. Cons: *Heavy for transport and handling when not in used. *Battery was a little loose inside the bike, I fixed it with a little foam under it. *You cannot use the throttle only, it needs to be on pedal assist 1,2 or 3 for the throttle to work. *They sent me the wrong color, I purchased the red one and received the green one. To start, I'm 6'2" and have a hard time finding comfortable bikes that fit me. The seat and bars rise up enough that I can comfortably ride but they collapse so much that storage is a breeze. The bike folds down nicely, it will easily fit in the back of an SUV or in the truck of a sedan or in the back of a small airplane. Assembly is easy, and as an added bonus, a toolkit is included that contains everything you may need for assembly or adjustments. Out of the box, the bike had about 50% charge, so I could go for a test ride. Pedal assist works smoothly throughout all the gears. Throttle response is crisp and maintains speed well in all varieties of terrain. The oversize tires coupled with the front and rear suspension mean that the bike is able to go up curbs (or railroad ties) with ease. This isn't my first ebike but it is absolutely my favorite that I've ridden. ... show more
