  • absolute powerhouse in the kitchen
Style: Inverter-1.6 Cu. Ft.
The inverter technology is a game-changer—it heats food evenly, avoids overcooking, and keeps things like leftovers and frozen meals tasting fresh. I’ve used it for everything from reheating coffee to cooking full meals, and the results are consistently excellent. At 1.6 cubic feet, the capacity is perfect for families or anyone who needs a larger microwave. It fits large plates and bowls with ease, and the stainless steel design looks sleek and modern on my countertop. The controls are intuitive and easy to use, with plenty of preset cooking options for convenience. I especially love the sensor cooking feature, which automatically adjusts time and power for perfect results. It’s also surprisingly quiet compared to other microwaves I’ve owned, and the energy efficiency is a bonus. Cleaning is a breeze thanks to the stainless steel interior, which wipes down easily. If you’re looking for a high-quality microwave that combines cutting-edge technology with a stylish design, the TOSHIBA ML-EM45PIT(SS) is an excellent choice. It’s a bit pricier, but the performance and features make it worth every penny. Highly recommended! ... show more

  • Great microwave
Style: 2.2 Cu.Ft.-Smart Sensor
The dimensions provided are accurate, which is a relief because this is a large microwave. It's worth noting that the power cable is positioned on the right edge of the rear and is relatively short. Be sure to have an outlet located either directly behind or to the right of the microwave for optimal placement. Performance-wise, the microwave operates quietly, which is a welcome feature in a busy household. The rotating tray's ability to return to its default position is a thoughtful touch—it saves you from reaching awkwardly across hot items to grab handles. The humidity sensor is another highlight, particularly effective when reheating dishes that include pasta, ensuring even heating without drying out the food. However, one minor drawback is the underpowered beeper. With my previous microwave, I could hear the completion alert clearly from the living room, but this model's beep is noticeably softer and easier to miss. Overall, this is a well-designed, large-format microwave that lives up to its promises. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and spacious option for their kitchen. ... show more

I'm sorry I Could not provide a video. But it works perfect, as well as it looks perfect. Powerful and quiet. Leveled and clean. Delivered on time and on schedule. I had my kitchen remodeled and the measurements of the microwave is perfect for my microwave space. Hopefully it last longer than my last one. 6 years :) ... show more

  • Looks like a great Microwave
Style: 2.2 Cu.Ft.-Smart Sensor
Considering microwaves have been around for just about forever... This looks like a really nice one. The inside capacity is large enough to fit a turkey and then some. It's massive. It's much quieter than other microwaves. The interface looks easy enough that I can use it for the old standby of warming things up and running a defrost cycle. The rest has always gone unused on my microwaves. There is one nit that I have. The inside light is a LED. It's nice. My coffee maker draws enough power that it causes LED lights to have a little bit of a flicker. This one has that flicker. It's more my problem with the old hose wiring and a power hungry coffee maker. This microwave is very heavy and comes in a massive box. No biggie, it is what it is. This looks like it will be a great microwave. ... show more

  • quality is garbage..
Style: Inverter-1.6 Cu. Ft.
This is the second one I received in a week. Same model. I sent the other one back and wrote a review about that. It would not cook anything right out of the box. It appears it will not let me write two separate reviews for the same product even though there were 2 separate purchases. My first Toshiba last week would power on at about 28 watts for about 30 seconds or so and then for a second or two go up to 1750 ish watts and then right back down to 28 ish watts. I had a bag of popcorn in it for 5 minutes and not a single kernel popped. This microwave came today and I put in a bag of popcorn and plugged this into my watt meter. It cooked the popcorn quickly and left hardly any kernels. I was using the built in setting for popcorn but it was done about 20 seconds before that. Popcorn would have burned had I let it go all the way. No big deal. My watt meter was pegging out and flashing around 1850 ish watts. The amp reading was about 15.6 ish amps. So when the manual says you need to have this on a separate circuit by itself then you need to have it on a second circuit by itself. I have a dedicated 20 amp circuit and just a range hood on the same circuit. I am under my 20 amp rating, worst case scenario since my range hood only uses 200 watts maximum. I noticed a ting ting ting sound briefly on start up and more so as the cooling fan wound down after the microwave shut off. Of course this is a typical low quality toshiba microwave and I read about this cooling fan issue and interference with some sort of metal heat or deflector shield. I believe my first toshiba last week had the issue where the fan wouldn't spin at all and that caused my microwave to not work properly. I pulled the cover off, of a brand new delivered today microwave, and found that indeed the flimsy metal piece next to the fan was being hit by the fan when the fan had low rpms such as starting and stopping. I just bent the piece out of the way. I could have bent it using a q-tip. That is how thin it is. No more ting ting ting sound and everything is working fine. I have a lot of concerns about the longevity of this microwave based on numerous things I have read. Indeed it has very flimsy sheet metal all around and it is light enough that it moves on the counter when opening or shutting the door. I will try some rubber stuff that is used on shelf liners and see if that works. ... show more
