I just upgraded from a Z-Fold 4 with a kick stand case/cover to a Z-Fold 7 with a Nillkin MagSafe case/cover with no stand. I knew i wanted a Magsafe double sided stand and also wanted the choice of stands that worked best. Knowing nothing about Magsafe stands i did some research and found most were for the iphone or other popular phones but very few specifically mentioned the Z-fold 7 phone as compatible. I found this Torras (Gen 6) which i liked because it included the the stand and a braded nylon strap attached to it for added versatility (key ring, keys or ...?). It also includes a double sided magnet, a magnet cover to protect my case, and as a bonus also included 2 Magsafe rings. Once installed I found the thickness of it perfect to stop the phone from rocking around when placed on a flat surface due to the camera bumps. Nice! It also adds a little camera protection and still easily fits in a pocket. As a stand on a fold phone the phone can be orientated in any position open or folded thanks to the swivel on the base of the magnet. I find myself putting a couple fingers through the stand while on phone calls to secure the phone rather than using the braded nylon tab due to my large hands and use the tab to pull the phone out of my pocket. I find the magnet strong enough to securely hold the phone to any surface although the magnet comes loose when pulling the phone off a refrigerator. But no big deal, just slap it back on the phone. To sum thing up its a fantastic MagSafe stand and safety device to use during phone calls.

I bought the first one and was immediately a fan. I did not even know I needed an upgrade until maybe a year after or more when the loop began to tear off. It was plastic - though very robust and stayed for a very long time - but plastic nonetheless. I did not mind having it as plastic however, I realize it was a shortcoming after it began to tear from the anchorage points. They have since fix this remarkably well by incorporating instead of the plastic, a very thick braided loop that is robust and much flatter to the body of the phone. The previous loop because it was such thick plastic/rubber, it prevented the phone from laying perfectly flat on the table. There is no such problem here. With the change of materials, it feels even sturdier and more secure when using it to hold the phone. It is absolutely comfortable, and I had a previous issue although I still would read the last iteration five out of five stars. This loop is tighter and only accommodate one finger perfectly well. The last one was a little bit loose and could possibly accommodate two fingers. It’s uses straightforward for the loop and the magnetism and the standing ring - all of which feel extremely premium. The value proposition of this product is unreal. This has the strongest magnets of anything I’ve ever felt, and when paired with a strong magnetic case, it is impossibly secure Via standing ring is very sturdy with extremely tight tolerances and it has a 180° angular movement. Because of this, this is amazing versatile and you can search at any a Because of this, this is amazing versatile, and you can search that any angle you deem both forward and backward. The ring is so rigid and supportive that no matter the weight of the phone it will stand. As a matter of fact, my last one held up to the very day that I changed it to the new one seem to because I liked the updates Not to mention that this is a beautiful and unique product This form factor is utterly perfect for me.

I’m gonna be totally honest and say that I am not a person who has ever liked having anything on the back of my phone however, I did get this because I got the case originally, and this is literally the best magnetic phone group I’ve ever used in my entire life! It is super durable, super high-quality and really slim does not feel like it gets in the way at all. It is very comfortable in the pocket and great value for how sturdy it feels and heavy and significant it is. Also, it is extremely useful in the sense of versatility because it has an extremely strong magnet that I trust with my life on the back of it, which you can stick to any metal object. In my case, the phone ring came with an additional ring that you could stick to the back of your phone if you were not using the case, but since I was not using that, I ended up putting it on my shower wall so I could watch shows while showering and have my phone in there and it works so well. Anyhow, amazing overall product and I can’t rate it highly enough!

Exceeded my expectations: Pros: - Portrait (vertical) and landscape (horizontal) stand - Very strong magnet - Thin/low profile - good quality product - I can charge my iPhone using a MagSafe without having to remove the stand - Double-magnet - it sticks to the refrigerator and any metal surface safely. Cons: I wish it had an option without the strap. People use the strap to hold, but I don’t find it aesthetically pleasing. I wish there were more color options such as Orange and burnt orange

Ok, how does one write a review for a tool that you use everyday? The quality and substantial feel of the ring, the strength of the magnet. The durability and style of such a tool as to become so a part of your life, you almost never think of it. That is, until I had a very slight problem. Yet, just contacting Torras, they assured me they would replace it immediately! You see, they stand behind their product as well! Something so unusual for a company in today's age. Speaking of customer service--wow! Within 24 hours they got back to me and just took care of everything that needed to be done. Their small kindness has earned them a lifelong follower and devotee of their products! Now, if only they would make a case for a pixel 10 pro fold! I cannot recommend this brand enough. I don't do a lot of reviews, in fact, there might be one more on my account, but I was THIS impressed with the company and the product, I could not stay silent.

After testing several magsafe grip/stands, this was by far the worst one, to the point where it barely works at all with my iPhone 17 Pro. As a grip, the braided strap is in an awkward place - the only way I was able to make it work was to keep the strap straight down and to use it with my pinky. Most other grips let you hold something in the center of the phone, but this one positions the strap either at the bottom or off to the side of the phone - there's no option to hold in the center or top (more on that later). The loop is also fairly tight and difficult to get on and off. I wear men's medium sized gloves and would say I have fairly average sized hands, but this just wasn't a good fit. As a stand, this thing is terrible with the 17 Pro. If you want to use it in vertical mode, the braided strap gets in the way - the strap is so stiff that it will physically push back against whatever surface you're trying to rest the ring stand on, which makes it tippy and unstable if you can get it to stand at all. There's no option to invert the ring because the tail-end (where the strap comes out) will literally hit the camera plateau and pop off the phone (and it might scratch the camera plateau in the process). This might not be an issue with a larger phone or with a smaller camera plateau, like on a regular 17 or an older phone, but it doesn't work at all with a 17 pro. Horizontal mode does work fine, but the strap ends up sticking straight up behind the phone, which looks kind of silly. Magsafe magnet is fine, but not as strong as the other stands I tested. For comparison sake, the Dual Ring Magsafe stand by Torras worked much, much better for my needs; better ring grip in a better position, more discrete design, and much more functional stand, with a stronger magsafe magnet to boot. The Aulumu G09 is kind of ridiculous and almost overkill, but it's also a much better grip and stand purely in terms of function. The UAG Magnetic Ring Stand is kind of bulky and not particularly comfortable as a grip, but it's a far more effective stand than this. For most folks considering this, unless you really need the strap, I'd probably go for the Torras Dual Ring Magsafe stand instead (or go with one of the Torras cases with a built in stand, which are also much better than this).

Using it with a Samsung Galaxy S25+. Honestly, the grip function of it is not phenomenal. PopSocket is a better idea for gripping. However, it's good for hanging on things or standing it vertically or on the side. Can't do that with a PopSocket. Obviously you cannot wirelessly charge your phone with this thing on. Build is very solid and premium, but for a magnetic ring, it's far too pricy. Would wait for a sale if you're interested in the ring format and don't pay more than $10 USD if you can find this elsewhere. Lastly, the canvas piece that's meant to go over your finger is not convenient at all. Maybe this is meant for smaller phones and smaller hands, but, yeah, not for me.

Very strong magnet. It had decent hold with just my Pixel (thru an OtterBox case) but I added the extra magnet ring to be sure it held, because my primary use for the grip is to keep it from falling if I am taking a photo in a precarious spot. With the extra ring, it's by far the strongest non-adhesed grip I've had. It's a simple flat black/ bronze-ish color, which is a bit bland but I guess it's better than just black. It's a good size and holds my phone easily in many positions. My favorite part is the little finger loop- this is what I hold onto when putting my phone in danger. I can also slip my 4th and 5th fingers thru it as a regular phone grip and not have to use the rings at all. I would happily fork over the money to buy another if something ever happened to this one.
