This case seemed to have the protection and ease of use I thought I needed. The Front face doesn't allow for adequate functionality of your keyboard requiring you to open the phone fully for simple things like returning a text message and using emojis. The kickstand doesn't hold the weight of the phone. The hinge cover broke in half from one simple drop and I've only had it a month. The case color is bright and vivid and the camera cover feature is awesome. technically its as advertised but its a very thin, flimsy plastic that i doubt would protect the phone at all and the bottom of the front screen doesn't want to stay on. it pops off when i open the screen from the bottom.

This case LOOKS great. The purple color is the perfect shade and the perfect amount of metallic. Aesthetically immaculate. Unfortunately, that's all the good I can say about the case. Unlike every case I've ever bought for the Z Fold series, this one did NOT include adhesive strips to hold the front of the case in place. Without them, folding and unfolding causes the front cover to shift and even pop off entirely sometimes. Not only is this annoying, it's quite bad for the phone, too. This will, over time, cause scratches on the front screen of your phone. Also, the left edge of the screen is covered by the front portion a tiny bit. May or may not be noticeable during use, but if you use swipe gestures they will become more difficult to use properly. The magnetic ring attachment looks neat, but is nearly useless as a grip and seems flimsy as a kickstand. If you like this type of ring grip, you may be more used to it than I am and maybe it works fine, but it did not convert me. It does, however, block wireless charging which is expected, but an annoyance. The hinge cover closes on its own (unlike some Fold cases where you need to manually "shut" the hinge cover when closing your phone) but the springs are a little too tight for my comfort - if you don't baby it, it can dlam closed quite hard and makes me concerned it could be another part that can cause scratches or damage to the phone. The case looks good, I won't deny it. But, for a device which is supposed to protect a $2,000 phone, I don't think it's worth it to use a case that will actively damage it. ... show more
