  • Solid tiller and made in the USA!
Pattern Name: Soil Tiller Cultivator
I give this tiller a solid 5 stars. It assembled fairly easy, But as may have been mentioned in other reviews is comes with a 12 ounce bottle of 10W30 oil, but the capacity of the tiller is 18 ounces. So I headed over to the store and bought some more, not a big deal. I am amazed it started on the very first pull! How amazing is that? And I also used it a couple hours, worked great. I am also happy it is made in the good ol USA! Buy it, you won't regret it. ... show more

  • Very high quality
Pattern Name: Soil Tiller Cultivator
Works great. Tillers can be run in forward or reverse while going forward. Reminds me of equipment from long ago. Engine isn't that big but the transmission/ tiller drive is very large. Heavy almost all metal even the tires, needs no air. Most rototiller's I've used with much bigger engines are pieces of junk compared to this. You get what you pay for pay for. Its expensive but I'll bet it well last many times longer than almost all the junkie ones that are still 2/3ds the price of this. ... show more

  • Bad to the bone!
Pattern Name: Soil Tiller Cultivator
Easy to assemble. Very strong. It never bogged down while turning hard packed soil. It has a fuel cut off that allows you to run the bowl of the carburator dry. This prevents the carb jets from varnishing. I love it!

  • Instructions, easy start with pull string, and tilling great
Pattern Name: Soil Tiller Cultivator
This tiller has started easily every time and I'm a 65 year old woman. I did have to be shown how it works, as the instructions don't tell you! When putting it together, it was hard to figure out which bolts were to be used first for what, so it was an Elimination puzzle game. They included oil for the engine, just not enough to fill the oil tank and start the engine. So buy more before starting the assembly. Tills great though. It's still a tiller and you have to man handle it on uneven land like mine in the mountains of NC. After the ground is broke and tilled several times in CRT, remove rocks, it works easier. I won't let anyone else barrow it. You have to start it in Neutral and if left in CRT or SRT peeps will try to start it in those gears. I also have trouble getting it to shift and people will try to muscle it to the next gear. I lift up the tilling end and move the wheels and try shifting it to make it glide into another gear. ... show more

  • Was glad I invested in a Real Good Tiller.
Pattern Name: Soil Tiller Cultivator
Have owned several tillers over the years. Was a little apprehensive. when I opened the shipping box, but it was extremely easy to assemble. Somebody who actually uses a tiller made this one. No issues with assembly, operation or anything. It is not a race car. It has its own speed and was designed to dig and it does. Easy to maneuver. Thank You Toro. Merchant had it sent to me extremely fast. Delivery service was awesome. ... show more
