Incredible sound and feel. The guy that posted a video that it didn't turn on was plugging into the wrong input. He used the 9v out, that is to power your pedals. He should take his review down, because it's his error and he's hurting the overall rating for the product. The amp runs off the USBC connection. I recommend using a 65w to 100w power brick to make it fully portable and eliminate ground hum. Also I'm using it without a preamp just for cleans and I even like the way it sounds without a preamp in front of it. I've tried many more expensive power amps and this is smaller, lighter, less expensive and sounds and feels better than all of them.

Absolutely awesome unit! Before I go any further I just want to note that the only bad review in here is from a gentleman complaining about faulty units. If you look closely he is trying to plug them into the auxiliary outputs. I can see how he gets confused because this is an unusual Pedal Power Jack but nonetheless that is his issue. And now that that's over, this thing has really brought my little amps to life. I use it to add gain to a low wattage tube amplifier and it is unbelievable! Resonance and presence controls really let you open up or close the sound. Only reason I'm giving it four stars is that it's severely needs a bypass switch. Other than that, it is an absolutely solid unit with tone and soundstage for days.

Had a small bug in getting this working with the first pedal I received being DOA, but super impressed with the way Topping customer service handled the issue and a happy camper with this replacement power amp. 60 watts is more than enough to get over a drum kit in a studio and small venue. Every power amp pedal should have a resonance knob like the CabScreamer60. You can't get a better sounding power amp for this price point. Easy to setup with a 100 watt USB-C power bank or charger and makes the act of pairing with a preamp easy as you can connect a 9v pedal directly to the power amp for power. Currently pairing with an interchangeable setup of the Ares Preamp from Hynotone, Thisheavyearth Ampeg 140c preamp, or Hm-2 and all sound good so far. Highly recommend for musicians looking to eliminate carrying heavy amp in and out of venues/rehearsals.

Got this unit. Sounded phenomenal when it worked. Kept shutting off and on even with the correct power requirements. Sent back and got a replacement, Again same problem. It's a shame cause the sound was phenomenal when working, but quality control needs to be reassessed so product isn't being sent back.

This sounds good. Every distortion and OD pedal is suddenly a great sounding amp through my cabs. Resonance and presence give it a tube like warmth. It's also loud. I have a couple of tube amps, but no room for an amp collection. This turned my pedal collection into an amp collection.
