So this is the best deal on the market for thermal monoculars it really is. The unit works pretty good battery life is acceptable good refresh rate and clarity. The app is kinda cheesy and I wouldn't bother with it personally. But the product is quality. My only reservation comes from my own expectations, I kinda thought it would be like in the movies and stuff but it's not. You can't really see through much of anything, except Maybe where the 2x4s are inside your walls because they store heat. But your not going to see a person in the other side of a door or anything like that. Umm. You should avoid looking at people below the belt because yea you can see the heat signature of what's body and what's clothes. As far as tactical use, it's got great zoom and works well on that regard as a spotters scope, but the field of view is a bit too narrow for using it like indoors to see a burglar in the dark. Alot of stuff has heat in it which can make it hard to tell what something is if there is a cinder block wall behind it.

The media could not be loaded. THIS THING IS EPIC. I was able to spot a tiny little rat in a field in the middle of the night from about 50 yards away. I was able to sneak up on him at about 3 yards to get a clear identification and video (I slowed down the vid to 1/2 speed). I really love the bird watching mode, it's great for catching small thermal signatures. Plenty of storage for video and pics, connecting to the app is super easy, and great image quality for the price and smooth frame rate for fluid animal tracking. Great product!

Is a very good thermal monocular for a good price. Works just like it says can be used day or night. I have a lot of fun watching deer walking through the woods behind my house in pitch dark, I could even pick up birds roosting in my rhododendron bush at night. Would recommend it to others
