We purchased two of these for first time paddleboards. We received them quickly. (Just a note, our state does require registration for paddleboards, and one of the items it asks for is a serial number. These do not have serial numbers or obvious model numbers, but when going to the DMV, we were able to come up with a way to register them.) They were used for the first time at a family function where a large number of people use them from kids to adults. We did not blow it up enough the first time and the large fins broke off both of them - make sure to watch this with kids. However, they were very inexpensive and easy to replace. Even without the big fins and them not being blown up enough, all were still able to enjoy using them. The next time we went out, we learned from our novice mistakes. We blew them up to where they should be, fins in place and taken care of when storing them on the shore. We had no idea how much better they could be when set up as should be! Very sturdy! The bag is not super strong that everything gets stored in, so will likely have to replace that in the future, but for the price, not worried about that. The actual paddleboards and paddles seem to be well made and will last. We really like this product and would consider purchasing from them again.

I bought this paddle board about a month ago and have used it numerous times. The first time I inflated it, everything worked great. The next time and each subsequent time the pump won’t stay in the valve. I have to try to hold in place with one hand and pump with the other one. I have tried multiple pumps to see if another one will work and none of them do, which tells me it’s the valve and not the pump. Once I get it inflated though it’s great.

Phew 11’ is huge for my 5’0 self! It’s a excellent board - super sturdy, great value, very lightweight, and everyone’s favorite at the lake. However, it is very slippery!!! Other boards have diagonal non-slip EVA and this board has vertical “non slip” but in order to stand up you must have good footing and you can’t easily get that without the extra grip. With practice, and dry feet, I can stand up fine, I just don’t feel secure. My friends and kids use it too and I’d like to provide better grip for their learning experience. I’ve since decided to buy a second board but want with this diagonal non slip grip. It’s a shame I can’t buy another one of these!

I had been looking for a beginner board to explore our local ponds and rivers. This sup is exactly what I want. Compare with hardboard, it only weights around 30 pounds which makes it easier to carry and manage in water. At 30 inches wide, this board is great for beginners to keep the balance. And I love the reasonable price with all the accessories we need to get started. This sup arrived tow months ago. However I didn't wait long for our first try, thanks to the hot spell in May when the temperature hit 80+ degrees. We got lots of fun!

The pump arrived without the necessary piece to inflate my board. I couldn't even use it out of the box. Luckily someone else at the park was able to help me. I still have to buy a new pump or at least and adapter. Also this bord scratches very easily. I went to stash the paddle in the bungees and the top scraped noticibly. The black stripes were damaged and the white gouged. The only thing this board has going for it is size. It came with two paddle handles for some reason, which doesn't make up for the fact that I can't even blow it up at this time. I honestly wouldn't recommend it. I am sorely disappointed.

I am really happy with this purchase. This paddle board is nicer than some of my friends’ that they spent hundreds more on. It’s very stable and comfortable for myself and 2 dogs to be on and still have room. The only downside is trying to inflate it with the hand pump, that is a joke! I use our air compressor then finish it with the hand pump to get the right psi. Pumping it up by hand is a no go for me.

We’ve bought several stand up paddle boards and this is by far the worst quality of seam. It popped even at the correct psi. I contacted the seller with no response for refund or replacement. Don’t waste your money.
