I purchased this during a sale. It was exactly what I needed for my projects. Set up and switching tools directions were easy to follow. I've had it for several months now, it's easy to use, seems durable. There aren't any quick releases. You have to unscrew and rescrew when switching out the different tools. But I'm fine with that, I mostly use the flat heat. I like the swing away top and slide tray, it makes T-shirts easy to press. The heat distribution seems even and the temperature control is easy to use. I love that it has a timer, I have a tendency to get distracted and I haven't burned anything yet, thanks to the timer. I haven't used the plate or cup presses yet, I've used all the rest. I would absolutely purchase this again. ... show more

The instructions tell you how to set up the timer and temperature but it doesn’t say anything about how to start or stop the timer. After searching on YouTube i found out you have to use the down arrow to start the timer and silence the alarm when finished

Press never worked. I did not open immediately since I was finding a table to set it on for my limited work space and with wheels. Once I found the table, I opened it just to find out it was defective and out of the return policy. Machine says it has a year warranty. Contacted seller and was told to provide pictures which I did. Then I was asked to provide video, which I also did. I have waited and sent messages asking for a response. They have ghosted me out and now I’m out on the money spent and with a machine that doesn’t work. It overheats and burns garments. So disappointed. Don’t waste your money. ... show more
