The media could not be loaded. A very affordable yet high-quality set consisting of a power adapter and a cable. Both the cable and the power adapter are certified by Apple under the MFi standard. You can easily verify the certification by visiting the corresponding Apple page and entering the model number, which can be found in the product description: CA-15T-US. This means that the cable itself is equipped with a special chip that regulates phone charging and protects the phone and iPad from power surges and other electrical interferences. If the iPhone being charged supports fast charging, the power adapter can deliver 20W through the cable, ensuring a quick charge. For example, I connected my iPhone 14 Pro and, using a special cable with a power display on the built-in screen, confirmed that the promised 20W were indeed being delivered to my phone. At the same time, you can charge older models that do not support fast charging, as the power adapter will automatically recognize your phone model and supply the appropriate voltage and current through the cable. It is also important to remember that power regulation is managed not only by the power adapter but also by the Battery Management System (BMS) in the charging device itself. For instance, in the first segment of my video, you can see that an iPhone 14 Pro Max with a sufficiently charged battery consumes only 7W of power. In the second segment, I filmed a half-charged fifth-generation iPad, which easily took the 12–13W specified in its documentation. In the last third segment, I filmed the charging of a more than half-discharged iPhone 11 Pro Max, which at its peak took the full 20W. I also appreciated that the cable is made quite reliably and sturdily in the areas most prone to bending, specifically where the connector is located on both ends. Most of my cables broke at this spot. This cable, however, is securely connected to the connector with a special non-flexible sleeve, providing durability against bends. The length of six feet is sufficient for comfortably lounging in bed while plugging your phone or iPad into the power adapter without worrying about the cord being too short. In terms of price-to-quality ratio, I haven't come across such a good and reliable cable at such a low price in a long time. ... show more

    • This is an MFI (Made For iPhone) fast charger for my iPad
I really like and feel very comfortable in using the Gqohrt brand, model #CA-15T-US, MFI (Made for iPhone) certified 120-volt house charger with 6 foot “lightning” style charging cord for charging my Apple iPad. So, when I was looking for a second and faster charger with a longer cord for my iPad, the first thing I looked for was the MFI certification, which means the charger is safe, reliable, and compatible for use with Apple products. MFI certification means that the manufacturer has met all of the exacting product specifications to handle specific iOS device requirements and it has the necessary in-line electronic chip for proper device operation. It also means there are additional safety measures built in the charger which are generally not found in similar chargers. The house charger unit, model #CA-43T, has up to a quicker 20-watt output with a female USB C port for faster device charging. One end of the 6-foot charging cord with its built-in electronic automatic recognition chip for sync compatibility, has a standard male USB C connector that connects to the wall charger and the other end has a standard flat male “lightning” connector which connects to my iPad. As the tech world moves to USB C ports and connectors, those millions of us users with iPhones that require Lightning cables are finding it harder to find such cables in the marketplace. Amazon vendor Gqohrt has come to the rescue with this wall charger (aka brick or cube)/Lightning cable combo. Here is what to like: 1. The price point is amazing; for $10 you get the wall charger and a Lightning cable. A super deal. 2. The cube is PD fast charging for those iPhones/iPads capable of of this feature. 3. As more chargers/bricks/cubes are moving to USB C ports, this unit features such a port. 4. The cable has a Lightning connector on one end and a USB C on the other. 5. The larger charger fits into an outlet horizontally, allowing for both plugs to be used simultaneously. 6. The cord comes in a just over 6 feet in length. 7. The color finish mimics the classical color of iPhone/iPad accessories. 8. Best of the, the combo uses chips that are MFi ("Made For iPhones/iPads") certified for Apple products. We thoroughly examined the brick and charging cable. Both appear to be well made with no burrs or blemishes or loose fittings. We tested the combo by charging an iPhone XS for just under 90 minutes. As noted in the photos, the phone immediately recognized the combo and began the charging sequence. After 90 minutes, we held the charger to determine heat retention. While it was mildly warm, it was not as hot as some of the cheaper knock-offs can exhibit. Overall, we consider this to be a good find and buy for folks looking for Lightning cables and bricks that allow for fast charging. ... show more

This is a standard charger with a lightening adapter at one end and a USB-C at the other (to plug into the outlet). It works well, charges relatively fast, and is a longer length for more mobility. The only downside is that the plug fits loosely into the outlet, so a tug will easily unplug the cord. Overall, this is what I was looking for and the price-point is reasonable for this product. ... show more
