Does exactly as advertised as a surface cleaner. Not going to work properly on ragged concrete surfaces as its not a deep clean item nor is it advertised as such. The wheels as opposed to no wheels preserve the skirt brush from premature wear and worth the xtra cost IMHO. Overall, it does what its supposed to do on level surfaces, well made but overpriced and really no better than the cheaper ones from the big box hardware stores.

It does a great job at doing exactly what it says it does, a surface clean. I use mine with a 3100psi Ryobi/Honda pressure washer. You won't be cleaning out weeds and deep moss between the cracks and small spaces like you can with the bare pressure washer, but it does a good job of cleaning flat surfaces. It does get loose gunk and dead moss out of the crevices, but it's not going to blast out anything actually growing in there. You still have to get the edges with the bare washer nozzle, as the cover and wheels keep it from getting right up to the edge. It is a major back saver. If you're patient, and go over areas multiple times, is does a good job. Remember, there are just two jets going in a circle, so you can't go sorry fast and expect it to get everything. You learn to get a pattern and rythm going. It keeps the debris down significantly so you don't have to worry about cleaning walls or other objects off that are normally blasted with dirty water when pressure washing. I was able to clean out the seam at the foot of the garage with the garage door open and not get filth splattered into the garage. Not as amazing as I had hoped, but if you have a 3900psi washer, this thing might be amazing... Or take off like a rocket... But all in all it saved my back and did the trick. It wasn't quite what I had hoped it would be but it gets the job done.

This was easy to put together and easy to use. It was a bit smaller than I expected it to be. Still takes patience as you have to move very slow for best results.

After washing my red brick pavement with this unit, it's so satisfying to see how well it cleans like it was new again, and in less time than using my 3200psi honda pressure washer alone. The wheels help moving back and forth with ease, no need to brush off. The tube that came with my pressure gun is long enough so i don't need to use the provided extension.
