For the price it's amazing perfect size and everything, Just one little problem I had, I bought an extra little bag for drinks since this one doesn't have something for drinks, But if I bring the drinks bag with me then the food doesn't fit, So just a recommendation it would be great is you guys add at least 2 parts for drinks

The bag is very spacious and you can also fit them with foam drink inserts to carry drinks. I got this for delivering food via e-bike and it comfortably fits my bike. And the frame seems reasonably durable. My only issue: The fiberglass frame. While its not inherently dangerous, its still not good with prolonged exposure, especially to people with asthma or other respiratory issues. I wish this company used plastic instead, but I understand they needed to keep prices down some how. And Fiberglass also has further insulating qualities. However the frame is completely exposed within the bag once assembled. And it would be even WORSE if you somehow got into an accident and one of the rods snap, sending fiberglass debris all throughout the inside of the bag. My Advice: Wear gloves, thankfully provided by the manufacturer, and a face mask, covering the mouth and eyes to prevent exposure when assembling. Also, a concern is possibly exposing delivered food or drinks to loose fiberglass. So what I would do is completely cover the frame with something like electrical tape and wash or wet wipe down the inside of the bag to prevent exposure and get rid of possible remaining fibers. Other than that, the bag works pretty well.

Overall, this was a great investment for my delivery job. The delivery bag was big enough to hold the vast majority of orders that I delivered. I have been frequently asked about this delivery bag by other delivery drivers and I can only give positive reviews. The biggest pizza that the delivery bag can hold is a 16-inch pizza. This proved to be a huge benefit in addition to the insulated padding. The food was kept both hot and cold. The divider is a useful addition to the delivery bag when you have multiple orders or if you need to isolate specific items due to temperature differences. The metal frame was rather sturdy and flexible. There was never an issue with damage or any breaks in the frame. It latched on well with zip ties to the back frame of my ebike. As mentioned initially, the delivery bag is great. The ONLY reason why I give it 4/5 stars is due to the Velcro. While it does hold quite firmly and protects the contents within the delivery bag, the Velcro wears down after repeated usage. I was finding small pieces of velcro at the bottom of the delivery bag and I can only assume that some may have entered the bags of some orders (although I've never received any complaints). When I realized this, I had to keep watch of the Velcro debris every time I would open and close the flap. Its still a great product, I just noticed damage with the Velcro and the loop (the opposite of the Velcro) would become extra fuzzy. Also, the top flap would become wrinkled due to frequent usage of the strong Velcro. All in all, it is still a great product.

I love riding my bike for commutes and to get take out and so on for my family and this box is super helpful for this. It is quite large and I can put soooo much in it. It insulates pretty well too. (Food stays hot/cold til I get home 45 minutes later. I feel like it might not work for hours in real heat but I haven’t tried it.) It is also great for taking extra clothes. I had to use some cable ties to get it really secure on my rack, and once I grabbed it wrong and broke one and it would have been really hard to get home if I hadn’t had a spare. (So maybe carry a spare.) It’s a little awkward in doorways and high winds but that’s just the physics of having a very large box on the back of your bike. I felt silly buying this and figured I probably wouldn’t really use it but I use it all the time and love it. Has made so many errands I would have had to use a car for before now doable by bike. Quite happy with it!

If you use it for delivery apps- you will need to make some modifications like buckle straps and Velcro to secure food and drinks. You CANNOT just toss in the food and go cause it will be a mess by the time you get to the address (rip chipotle quesadilla). I use a plastic sturdy cup holder thing buckled onto the provided PVC frame and some other buckles to seatbelt down the food bags. Work great, food stays hot/cold. You’ll probably want extra zip ties to zip tie the metal support frame to your bike. It’s big and visible. I think it’ll last a long time. The Velcro lid is sturdy as well, I do not have any concern about it flying open. It’s able to handle heavier loads as well, in my picture I had it packed with grocery’s, including two packs of drinks. Definitely recommend it if you’re willing to tinker with it to ensure the bumps in the road don’t destroy and throw around whatever inside lol.
