I really like this one compared to the first one. It has great sound and I like that it hooks up to an app. It seems lighter weight than the previous edition and the swipe to the next song is super easy for kids to do. Connection is great with all figures. Definitely made of durable material and fits anywhere. Functionality is much better than previous edition as well.

The TonieBox is fantastic for my 4 year old. We had an original one, but wanted the Toniebox 2 to be able to play games too. So far, I haven't gotten any games yet though. My 4 year old son listens to his toniebox every single night after I read to him and tuck him into bed. It's a great transitional time into being alone and going to sleep. We both love how easy it is for him to use. He has no issues turning it on, changing tracks, or anything. He knows how to restart the tonie using a different tonie to reset it. I like that on the toniebox 2 we can turn down or off the light. The dim setting is good enough for bed without being distracting. While I thought that I'd like that it charges via usb-c instead of the base plug like the previous version, it is not as easy to use for my son. I wish that we could use either one to charge it. For travel purposes, usb-c is nice. But for regular use, the base was so much easier for my son to use independently. Set up was straight forward and easy, but I did have to start over twice because I walked away from it mid pairing and it lost connection in the meantime. Since the games are the only other thing that is really much different than the old version, and I haven't bought any yet, can't say that this is better than the original. But overall, it is still love. We live tonies here and highly recommend it, if it is in the budget!

I love how squishy/soft the sides of the box are! Clear sound, wish you didnt have to slap it so hard though. Great variety in this bundle! You get the hype music with McQueen, calm with Pooh and Jungle Book. My sons favorite is Lion King as he has seen this movie multiple times. We love the classics here!

This is a very well made product and a great way to start your baby with routine. The sound quality is very good and I love the design, it’s not something that ruins one’s room and I can see my little one still keeping this even as he turns old just because the design fit any room. I like that ones your little one gets to the age they can operate it is easy to do so. The bundle makes it easy to get some characters that goes together though I wish it lets me pick from the bunch instead of them picking it for me. My son loves McQueen and this is the one used the most. The sleep timer is such a great addition to the feature, like I said this is a great product to start routines. So far we have no issues with it and despite constant usage the quality of the product as well as the sounds has been very good. Another feature I like is that I can buy different characters as he grows old. Each design is like a good child decoration so you can arrange them nicely next to each other. Functionality wise, this works as intended and more. I know it is quite pricey even as a bundle but the quality makes it worth it. Definitely going to be a wonderful Christmas gift or birthday gift for anyone

This is my first time seeing a Tonie Box 2, and I’m really impressed. It is an upgrade of the original and has additional features. I like that it’s durable and well-padded to protect it from falls, and I’m sure it will take a few! Getting started was simple: just download the app and follow a few quick setup steps. It also needs to be charged, and while it comes with a short USB-C cable, you’ll need to use your own charger. I used the charger for my phone and it worked just fine - a standard 5V charger works. Once it’s ready, just place a Tonie figure on top of the box. The first time, it will download the songs and stories, this is a quick process that only happens once per Tonie. After that, the controls are very simple: the large ear increases the volume, the small ear lowers it, and you can tilt the box left or right to rewind or fast forward. Tapping the sides skips forward or back an entire track. This might be a little tricky for younger kids at first, but older ones will pick it up quickly. The age range is 3+ and that is accurate. To pause, just lift the Tonie off the box. The box will turn off automatically after five minutes of not being used. We got the Winnie the Pooh bundle (which includes Pooh, McQueen, Simba, and Baloo) each having a runtime of 25-30 minutes. I can already tell we’ll be adding to this collection soon!
