My pump came with one broken flange I am waiting for replacement if you buy the extra insurance they will tell you it only covers 30 to 35 dollars and try to send you that instead of replacing the part unfortunately. Other then this lil problem I ordered the double pump I love it great suction definitely empty's you out. It massages the breast before actually pumping to help stimulate the milk witch is a great feature. Will probably buy again to get the flange replaced and just have the 2 pumps. ... show more

With my first baby I had the original version which was two separate electric boxes and I loved them. With my new baby I decided to get this newer version which has also been amazing. I really like the silicone covers on the flanges. It's very comfortable and I love the massage mode before going straight into expressing mode. I had a breast infection twice from my Willow pump not working properly. I was desperate one day and ordered this on a whim. Best decision I've made- I regret not having it when my son was first born. I had a Medela and Willow- both junk! This TT pump has never broken down after 5 months of usage. I pump 4-6 times a day! It is a champ! And not one infection!! There are so many things I love about it- light up timer on the top!! Yay! I can pump in the dark or light and not be glued to my phone keeping time. Flanges are super comfy, soft silicone, not hard plastic, easy to clean and put together, long battery life. It is a great fit also for larger breasts. This pump is a a no brainier for the price. I encountered many problems: 1. First pump quit working after 2 days of use (very stressful with a newborn); new one got here quickly and had to send back original. (Keep your packaging just in case...) 2. Plastic is cloudy color so you can't easily check for positioning or flow. 3. Design makes it tip over ALL. THE. TIME. And the silicone is a hair magnet! 4. Poor seal from pump to bottle, will spill milk if it tips over. 5. Purple top (where suction hose attaches) pops off ALL. THE. TIME. It barely screws on, so any gentle touch and it'll pop off. 6. Pump controls are on touch screen; time/pump power display lights up, but the controls don't! In other words, you will be blindly pressing around the display at night to guess where the controls are. 7. Invisible pump controls will make you hit them all the time, especially when trying to transport. Every time I pick it up to move, I happen to unintentionally turn it on. 8. Only comes with 2 bottles, so expect to be holding at least one cold bottle to your legs while pumping.... and don't lose one! 9. Other Tippee bottles have different threads and do not fit the pump.... I have the 9 oz glass bottles, they are a very poor fit to the pump and lids are not transferable between bottle types. 10. Pump is small enough to fit in diaper bag, but definitely not your pocket... and forget about the pump handsets... just count on bringing another bag along to transport your pump setup. ... show more

I also love the fact that I can change the size of the bottle and it still fits so I can use the 5 ounce bottles or the bigger bottles that Tommy tippy offers. Worst pump I’ve ever used. I bought an off brand hands free one that works 99 times better than this. I used it once and got nothing from how poor the suction was on the highest setting and never used it again. Do not recommend!
