  • NEVER MISS A SHIFT: Shimano Tourney shifters provide consistent, reliable shifting in all riding conditions, so you can focus on pushing yourself. Unlike our competitors, who cut corners and use off-brand parts to save money, we use a 100% Shimano drivetrain. Why? Because Shimano makes the best drivetrain on the planet, and they're at their best when used together as a complete set. Please note that professional assembly is required to validate your warranty and ensure optimal performance

  • Great bike for a great price.
Size: M (5'8"-5'11")
I am just getting back into biking after I decided to do my first triathlon at age 50. I did a lot of research in stores and online before deciding on this bike. I am very happy with my choice. The bike arrived on time, was well packaged, easy to assemble and fit. It performs much nicer than any beginner bike I have owned. The components are of high quality, it looks great and had one of the best price points I have seen for a bike in this category. I don’t have the experience to provide a technical review, but it was other reviews on this bike that helped in my decision. I would say they were very accurate. ... show more

  • Good Bike
I got this bike a month back and it performed as expected. Good for beginners, trim, design, finishing is good. lightweight in its segment. Comfortable seating. Gear transaction is smooth. I would recommend this over any low price bike. Spend slightly extra for an amazing ride (get this tuned from professional). [Updated Comment] Rode approx 100 miles and right paddle came out [images attached] I could have given 5 Star but taking off 1 star Reason" Right paddle threads on the crank arm came off" I have reached to Tommaso Fascino hope they can able to solve it for me. ... show more

  • Very Satisfied Customer
Size: L (5'11"-6'2")
I've had this bike for about a month now (put around 100 miles or so on it) and I must say that so far I am highly satisfied with my purchase. This is my first entry into road bikes but I think this was the right choice of a starting point. First of all the bike looks sharp and for the price you would think it was much more of a higher tier range. The parts are of good quality and I've gotten many looks and compliments from people. I had the bike professionally assembled at a bike shop and it handles very smoothly. Pedals good and shifts with ease. Ive added a couple add-ons like kickstand, bottle holder, led lights since it did not come with any of these. As I mentioned this is my only experience with road bikes so take my review for what it is but as a customer, I would say excellent product and look forward to more of Tommaso in the future. ... show more

  • Well not be disappointed
Size: M (5'8"-5'11")
Had this bike for a week now, and already put in over 500 miles, bike is solid for 500 bucks. Not gonna find a $500 road bike that's less then 25lbs. And this thing is 23, a few part swaps like a carbon fork, and carbon seat post, and you got a 16lbs bike with solid gears. Uci regulation is 15.5lbs if that tells you anything. I've got a giant trinity pro 3, and the right rider on this bike would give me a run for my money. Frame hardly flexes at all. Which is good if you want to get into sprinting. This bike is also pretty damn fast. I was not expecting alot from this bike, but it blew me away. The bike comes mostly put together. It well take you longer to take all protective foam and zip ties off then it well to put it together. And make sure your home, cause you well have to sign off on it. Just a heads up there. I'd put this bike up against a $1200 bike any day. You well not be disapointed. ... show more

  • Poor customer service and product received broken.
Size: M (5'8"-5'11")
I purchased Tommaso bike through Amazon. If you purchase Tommaso bike through Amazon the manufacturers does no warranty the bike what so ever. The gears did not work when I received the bike. They expect consumer to spend more money at a bike shop to get a brand new bike tuned and fixed. I sent the bike back then they charged me a restocking fee stating the bike was returned damaged. Do not purchase a bike from Tommaso Bikes. You will get ripped off. ... show more

  • Awesome, Love it.
Size: M (5'8"-5'11")
So far great experience. When my bike was being put together. The technician notice that the seat wouldn't move. And as you know, if you can't adjust your bike seat, then you're not biking. I reached out to seller and within 24 hours I had a new seat and post. So not only is the bike beautiful, fast and light weight. The customer service is A+ . I love the shifting and the breaking of all being in one place. Feels like a bike that cost $1400 and yet it's only $500. The technician that came to assemble the bike said that it looks as good as his $2500 road bike. I thought that was a great compliment. I only do one upgrade witch was the petals. I wanted something with more grip. Don't hesitate, great bike and again, excellent customer service. ... show more

If you are going to self assemble, have it checked out to make sure the gears are good. Otherwise, great bike!

  • Decent bike warranty doesn’t apply to parts
Size: L (5'11"-6'2")
It says all bikes on Amazon come untuned but on their website they tune them before they ship them and they sell them cheaper there. I asked them why they said Amazon charges them extra money to sell here. If you don’t have to don’t waste your money getting this bike put together or “tuned” by a shop because Tommaso does not warranty any of the parts they only warranty the frame anyways. Their summary about “tuning your bike at a shop to get the warranty “ is misleading. Every customer service rep I talked to said they dont warranty any of the parts or wheels just the frame. I appreciate the bike and everything as it was my first road bike ever and sparked a beautiful journey into riding. ... show more
