The directions are a laugh they are so poor. I just now figured out that the dial for the temperature affects the toasting intensity, not just the dial for darkness. I was wanting an air fryer that held more and gave better air circulation than my baskets style and also to get rid of my toaster. But I'm not convinced this was a good choice. And it continually trips the circuit. There is no removable tray in the very bottom to help you keep it clean -- a big minus. It works, but I'm not excited at all. I will probably hunt for another one. My old toaster oven was bigger inside than it.

I was very excited and I used the air fryer for 2-3 months and afterwards it simply stopped working… and it not like it was over used as I used it one for twice a week. Very disappointed

I purchased this product first time I turned it on it created enough smoke to set off my smoke detectors with nothing in it. The second time I used it to toast bread it had drips of olive oil on them that dripped onto the crumb tray and again started smoking at my house and when I attempted to clean it the entire drip pan scratched even when I used a nonabrasive sponge on it. It was evident when I received it that it was very cheaply made the door does not open and drags across my counter when I try to open the door and it is extremely loud, I mean the fan clanks and makes so much noise it sounds like the fan is hitting part of the cover. Extremely disappointing, I am returning this unit.

Absolutely love this air fryer! It can cook so much in so little time and it's easy to clean up. Love the 24 preset modes. Makes it so much easier to figure out temperatures and time. Definitely recommend it!

It was a bad purchase it worked for about 9 weeks and completely stopped working mid cooking, No way to return, with a 30 day return policy!!

This thing is so cool and easy to use! I’m able to make so many things with this one appliance that I rarely use the actual oven or a fryer anymore. Plus it’s healthier without all the oil! The versatility is my favorite part, and it doesn’t take up a bunch of space either.

It is very simple to use. There is a dial for setting, a dial for temperature, and a dial for time. I had a very easy time making use of it. The tray, grill, and rack are removable, so I can make room for anything I need in there, but they can also be stored inside. It takes a lot of room, but all air-fryer/toaster-ovens take twice the space of the individual gadgets, so there's nothing unusual about this one. But it is definitely worth considering that the dimensions are the same as two stacked toaster ovens, so make sure you have the room for it. The sides get hot, and so does the door. The handle will be hot, but bearable. I prefer to wear a glove, though. The door has to be opened all the way, or else it automatically shuts on you. That could be really bad if your hand is in the way. On the other hand, it won't accidentally open on you while you're nearby, so that's good. The cable to the outlet is not very long, so it must be about a foot or less away.
