It's a cute and nice little toaster. After a few uses, though, we noticed it would "pop" up after approx 20-30 seconds. Double checked our settings etc. Everything is pretty simple and easy to use. No matter what setting we tried, it would pop up and not toast the various breads we'd try. Here's where their customer support kicked in. They replied quickly, and after submitting a video showing the issue, there was no question that something was wrong with the unit. Right away, they offered a refund or replacement. We loved the unit, so we wanted to give it another try. After letting them know we'd try another unit, we received the replacement within 2 days!. Usually when I order something from Amazon, I usually check the reviews to have some kind of an idea of what other people have experienced. With the amount of toasters Amazon had to choose from, it was not easy making a decision. I used my intuition seeing there were over 26,000 reviews for this toaster and from right out of the box, I feel that I made the right one. I made my first piece of toast this morning, set the toaster on medium and got a really nice looking piece of toast. I had to due a second time down because of the timing, not knowing how done this toast would get, but it came out looking real good by having to guess how long to let it toast.
