Easily the best value for a clean Mag Glyc. These work so well for their intended purpose of supporting sleep health and Vitamin D metabolism. I did notice some drowsiness in the mornings at first when my magnesium was really low, but after a few days my levels improved and they only worked to support restful sleep as intended.
