Beyond disappointed and frustrated. Look how wood slats came — moldy. Sent pic and note to seller and have heard nothing. Beds are cute so just asked for new, clean slats. Who in their right mind would even think to pack moldy wood? Just all around poor judgement. And poor customer service. May just return or toss and demand refund!
