I bought this for Black Friday and didn’t start using it until Christmas time. I almost returned it in early January because I didn’t think it was working, but I’m glad I stuck with it and didn’t send it back. As of early February, my legs are pretty much hair free and my bikini area has a noticeable reduction in hair (estimate 60-70%). It is also very slow to grow back now. I bought this for a Brazilian, so I think in a few more months that goal will be achieved. That said, it is a slow process, and this machine is not nearly as strong as the professional machines at a clinic. I use the highest setting and zap more frequently than recommended to compensate. Seeing better and faster results. Generally it is pain free except when I go over the same areas. Very happy with this so far and it is working. Only complaint is the machine has sparked a few times when plugging it in. Update May 2025: With now weekly use, I have achieved a 95% reduction in hair and am completely satisfied with this purchase. I will continue to use once a week to keep the hair at bay. Leg hair = gone completely, and probably only 5% grows back super slowly in my armpits and lower bikini areas. The key is using the device consistently. Can be annoying to set aside 20 mins a week to zap, but doing so saves me 10-20 mins prepping/shaving in the shower every morning, so it’s a win for me.

This IPL laser hair removal tool is bigger and nicer than I expected. It feels very sturdy and it comes in a nice box with a magnetic lid that is great for storing everything together in one place. There are quite a few options for using this and also adjustable levels - just be sure to read the included instructions to figure out which level to use with your skin tone and hair color. It also comes with two magnetic heads which connect and detach very easily. This unit looks and feels like it is salon quality.

I love this thing and it actually does work! I would definitely buy this again! You actually have to stay on top of using it though but it does work!

This is a very dirty machine. I used it once and the second time it exploded in front of my mouth and my mouth was about to burn. And they are not even taking it back.

This IPL laser machine is not as powerful as expected. I ordered it thinking that the energy output would actually be as advertised: 25 J on its highest setting. But as far as I can tell it just isn't. It is surprisingly similar to my much smaller yet high quality IPL device that has a 3 J energy level. Sure, this machine does look quite fancy at first and has a very user friendly design. But despite its appearance, the beauty salon grade claim is just not there, in my opinion at least.
