We received the fire pit quickly but it was damaged in shipping. I contacted the seller and they responded super quick and resolved the issue to our satisfaction. It’s never fun to get a damaged product but fortunately this seller was awesome and we are very happy!

The box was damaged upon delivery. As a result of this two of the table top sections were dented. I tried to fix them myself and had some success but it is still not as good as it should be. I contacted the manufacturer and sent pictures per their request. They deemed the dents minor and would not replace the panels. They offered a $40 refund which I accepted due to no better option. Very nice product and stylish too. The finish on the surface is very delicate, but being an outside item, I don't mind if there's a few scratches....but depending on how the sunlight hits it, you don't see many. There was a problem w/ the company packaging the wrong door, but in conversation with them...they promptly shipped the correct door....great customer service! ... show more

Relatively inexpensive, easy to put together. Fit and finish corresponds with price. Really needs about 2lbs more rock which I ordered separately.
