Stove itself works fairly well with pellets. The full Hopper doesn't quite last as long as advertised but good enough. Couple issues. Number one, the instructions are absolute garbage. Tiny pictures where you can hardly see detail of what you're supposed to do and they're also extreme close-ups so it's hard to tell what piece they are referring to in the picture. Second issue is that the parts are not fitted very well. Getting the glass into the doors is going to require some bending and hammering to force things to fit together. ... show more

    • Long lasting stove for winter camping
This works great. Bought the hopper extension and the water boiler. All I had to do was to fill the extended hopper with soft wood pellets and set the burning speed to mid. Lasted 8 hrs and kept the tent warm through out the night without having to wake up every 2 hrs to add wood to the stove like I used to do with my previous wood-only stove. Also I recommend the titanium version strongly it's much lighter. ... show more
