My old plastic boards were chipping plastic and my wooden boards had deep cuts. These are really sturdy and strong, with a great handle to hold or hang. They have a metal side and a composite side and the 3 pc set is just perfect for all your kitchen needs, so you have multiple sizes. Nice little garlic-carrot grater in the corner, groove to catch meat juices. Metal side good for raw meats as the board cannot retain any bacteria. Quick and easy to wash and clean. Although you cannot put into dishwasher.

Excellent product. Functions as described. Unique physical properties of the titanium surface is that the metal is very strong and durable yet is not as hard as the steel of a chefs knife, and as such, will not dull the knife! Also the other side that I use(as suggested in the instructions) for vegetables, also like the titanium side gets scratches cut is also relatively durable and relatively easy to clean even with the scratches. The added plus is unlike another brand of cutting board that is a slim piece of titanium metal (albeit with rounded corners), tends to slip around unlike the above board which has a built in frame that elevates it slightly and makes it more stable. Bottom line, well thought out product that comes in different sizes as well.

Nice double sided cutting board. We had bamboo ones prior to this but the constant use caused cuts in the wood which I’m sure was a breeding ground for bacteria. I switched to this because the reviews were positive and figured it wouldn’t give the same issue. It does scratch easily but it gets the job done and works very well! Heavy and sturdy and good size!

I’ve been using this titanium double-sided item for a while now, and it’s quickly become one of my favorite everyday tools. I'm sorry to say that this board fits the expression, "You get what you pay for." In other words, it's definitely inexpensive for a platinum cutting board, but it kind of feels cheap as well. It has a very convenient size, and it's definitely a good replacement for a wood cutting board. I like the titanium side, which I hope will remain germ-free and will be less prone to mildew, which was always a problem with wooden cutting boards. I gave it three stars because it's not really of great quality. After about a week of use, it already had scratches and even a dent on the platinum side. It's not totally flat (because of the two sides and the edge), so I am assuming that a sharp chop on the board led to the dent. You can feel when you push down that there is a bit of "give" in the board. It doesn't really feel any more "slip-free" than another, totally flat titanium cutting board that I have, and that one at least won't dent.

This cutting board looks very modern and well designed. I like that it’s double-sided, which makes it more practical for cutting different types of food. The cutting board is really good quality - it's double-sided so safer and more hygienic. It's thick and durable, easy to clean when it gets dirty, and the craftsmanship is excellent. It's way better than I expected - definitely worth getting one
