I just received this and am pleased to have something other than a plastic-type board. I have been concerned about the amount of cutting board material that is entering the food I cut, as the cutting leaves clear indentations, indicating that it is likely digging into the material in trace amounts and contaminating the food. This cutting board is a very good size. I have included a picture with a pair of shears and a medium-sized serrated knife for a size comparison. The board has two different surfaces, meat & nonmeat. Not having to have two separate boards is a space saver and convenient. I haven't used it, but it looks very promising. The four stars are because I have not used the board; I will revise it when I have tested it out.

This chopping board surprised me a lot. It has very good quality,feels much sturdier and more durable, with no worries when using it . I love that it is easy to clean both sides and it dont have to worry about it been broken like my previous boards that are made of wood. It has a built-in juice groove and garlic grinding area and i used it up well and it doesn't leave any stickiness. You can store this cutting board anywhere in your kitchen for easy access and i get value for my money .
