The display stand arrived broken through the middle. There’s a split in the large cutting board as well. response was lightning fast, got a defect-free set in my hands in just two days. Very nice cutting boards, I like the gentle depression in the surface instead of a groove around the perimeter like you see on many others on the market. The stain has a nice color to it. I have mixed feelings on this board. I love that it’s bamboo & very large. I did try to find one without the ‘drain’ at the edge because I have other boards for slicing wet meats & roasts. I wanted a completely flat board for sliding cut up items off the board. Not possible. So I bought one that would hold cut items & just put up with the groove. Didn’t know what ‘compartments’ meant until I received the board. There was no rear view that I could find. So far I haven’t found a use for them, but I figure I will at some point. It’s pretty heavy with all the thicknesses & I think the seller tried to show that will several ‘end’ views of the board, but now I know. The board will probably last forever as it seems very well made & bamboo is a good product for cutting boards. All in all I’m pretty satisfied & would be very happy if the drain channel was gone & the board was only half as thick as it is ... show more

We have only had these boards for a few weeks. I really like the way they look. We've only had one issue with one of the boards. I have been very careful to not soak the wood and to immediately clean and dry them after use. But one of the boards had a long strip of wood come out of it within the first few days. Very good quality for the price. There is a lip around the edge so any juices don’t spill out but one of the edges isn’t raised so you can scrape all the vegetables right off the board. Feels sturdy and is easy to clean, just would recommend to wioe down with mineral oil so board doesn’t get too dry and start getting scratched. Would recommend. These are amazing cutting boards. They are beautiful wood grain but more importantly they are nice quality. They are thick, they three different sizes are perfect for all your needs, the beveled edge is great for catching any liquids/juices. I would definitely recommend.
