  • Great Purchase
We're still getting through all the massage options on this chair. The chair is comfortable and certainly covers all the areas of the body. Our only issue is that the compression on the leg and feet area is pretty substantial! So uncomfortable that we have to remove our feet and legs during the massage while the compression activates. If there's a way to reduce the compression, we haven't found it. We have it on "level 1" and it's still tight. That's just our preference. The voice control is a nice option, so you don't need to look at the controller to change things up. Overall there is a learning curve due to all the options, so be prepared. Connecting the footrest was easy. The connection for the air tube was pretty tight, at least on ours, so you'll have to use a good amount of force. The other thing I want to mention is the shipping. If you live in an area where there isn't room for a semi to navigate your street, you'll want to make arrangements to meet the truck somewhere where the chair can be off-loaded to your trailer or pickup truck. With that in mind, you can make alternative delivery arrangements with the driver. Overall, we're thrilled with this chair. It seems to be well made and is solid. Also, the price on Amazon was great. ... show more

  • The great massage chair!
Color: Taupe
I bought it 2 years ago. We have been using it daily since that time. It has been working flawlessly. Actually it is preferred place for my husband to use while watching TV. So he uses it heavily 2-3 hours daily. We love everything about it. We did not find any discomfort, as the strength of massage cab be adjusted easily, according to your needs. Love it, love it, love it! I would recommend it to everyone who loves massage. Great investment in your health! ... show more

  • Day 1 Decent so far
This is a big investment, so a big review Tips: - package box is big, it didn't fit past the main door, we had to unbox and move the chair in. The main chair barely cleared out of my doorway. Be aware if you have small entrances. - Power cable and remote are hiding somewhere inside the main chair. - If you have extra large shoulder and over 6 ft, look elsewhere. I have large shoulder (18inch wide top, 20 inch arm-to-arm wide) and am 6ft, barely fits. Pros: - I have spent probably north of $2k on several shiatsu massagers, bed/flat massager, foot massager, so on so forth. This massage chair is way better investment than all those combined assuming the chair lasts for years. - 3D roller is the reason I chose this product and it didn't let me down. 3D roller is a must for all massage chairs. The 3D roller appears to have adjustable top range & goes all the way down to hip. Amazing shoulder massage as well. I need hip/lower back and shoulder massage and this is just perfect for me. - Very nice leather seating and covers all around. - Pretty quiet operations so far - Zero gravity operation range is minimal for head side space usage, good thing Cons: - The chair seems designed for smaller sized people. I'm an extra large asian (18inch wide shoulder, 6ft tall, longer torso) and I barely fit, my other family members fit very well - Zero gravity isn't true zero gravity, maybe due to chair size/design for smaller people, maybe because I was exerting force to extend the foot rest down. My lower back was loaded when 3D roller was massaging lower back area and it was very uncomfortable - Foot rest extender uses two freaking strong springs that I don't think will ever wear out. I had to exert a fare amount of force to keep it extended, and as soon as I relax, it rolls back. I got pissed and removed one spring, the balance is perfect for now. - the Foot rest piece connectors are zip tied right at the connector ends on the main chair frame. The instruction says to tuck in the connectors to the main chair, but it can't be done due to the zip tie clipping the cables. The zip tie had to be removed to tuck in connectors. - 3D roller makes clicking/clipping noise at sometimes. This is typically a sign of poor material choice or cheap roller gear design, and this is the reason why I had to go through several shiatsu massagers with broken/skipping gears. I hope the roller lasts. PS: The massage chair route isn't still perfect and longetivity remains a big concern for me. I heard some saying they used their massager chair for many years or near 10 years, then it's a great investment. If it breaks within a year or two, it's a bad investment. Also it can't compete with human performing the massage in terms of thoroughness and effectiveness. It's only more convinient ... show more

  • Overall, quality name, comparable features, quick delivery.
Color: Taupe
Voice control is useful for when your arms are tightly being compressed. 15 auto modes are intriguing. I've went to manual mode for targeted areas but now I'm back trying the 15 pre-set auto objectives. The body scan is primarily looking at height. I don't think it is measuring the curvature of the lower back. I'm 6' - 185lbs and it adjusts to just one notch below the maximum height. At 6', it comes forward over the shoulders and will squeeze and lift to the base of the head. Maximum might be 6'1", at most, but official response in Q&A says 5'11", probably right. Width is comparable and fine. Installation of the lower leg massage is simple, but I struggled on the air line, making sure it doesn't kink, and instructions that said, "just push the extra into the chair". There are tie straps that bind some of the wires. I just didn't want the air foot massage to be restricted. The foot roller rolls in the front and scrapes the heel. I usually turn the intensity down. Stretching: so, if you are 6', your calves won't go all the way back into the recess, unless you push the lower feet assembly to the max, plus you will need utilize zero gravity to position 1 or 2, and then press the down button for feet. You can experience this in the Thai stretching mode. The heat in the back and the calves is mild. I've felt hotter. The SL track stops just past the buttocks. Overall, I compared to Amini, Watson's, Johnson's Fitness, Online Department and Specialty Stores, and even the mall. Frankly, the novelty can wear off so what you pay can cause regrets for features that are hardly discernable. I think you are getting good value for a 3D model under $2k. Many sites claim 3D but are not. Best to stay with a name brand. We added spa sounds, essential oils, plants, and located everything in a dark quiet place. It's a proper experience. ... show more
