i like this screen much better than my last one- which was more expensive - for a few different reasons. first, the overall look and feel. even though this screen was less expensive, it looks of better quality than my other one. second, the installation seems more secure. my last screen had strips of adhesive that went around the door frame. this screen goes around the entire door frame creating a more secure, better looking finished product. finally, the closure of the screen. my previous one had these rectangular plastic housing pieces which were actually two pieces that snapped together. inside the housing was a magnet. it had to of been an oversight bc those plastic pieces would get closed in the door and break. i went thru a lot of super glue repairing those things. on top of that, those plastic pieces literally snapped together - making a clicking sound. not that big of a deal at 2pm. however, at 2am it’s a different story. the Titan screen had those fasteners already incorporated in the design and the material acts as the housing for the magnet. no breaking and no clicking. thanks, Titan, for making a far superior product for a fraction of the cost!

This screen replaces one that we used for three seasons. The fiberglass screening material is thicker and denser than our old one, making it feel like a higher quality product. Velcro is already attached to the perimeter, which is nice because on our old screen, the stick-on velcro pieces came apart, fell off and quickly became useless. For attachment to the frame a good length of velcro stripping and tacks are included. I decided to forego the velcro attachment altogether and instead stapled it to the wood framing. The magnets do a great job of sticking together; coupled with the magnets in the same channel are what feel like plastic rods to keep the edges from flopping around thereby helping the magnets make better contact. The unexpected issue is our pet door, which is activated by magnetic action! The door kept opening and closing. What I ended up doing was tacking the center corners outward so the magnets were further away from the door. This also allows a peekaboo view through the pet door so our dogs know, until they get accustomed to the screen, that they can still get out.

I was hesitant to order something like this for my apartment patio door - I was worried that if there was a lot of hardware, installation would maybe void my deposit. Fortunately this isn’t the case. This lightweight screen installs easily with the use of heavy duty Velcro on both sides. The magnets in the middle allow you to pass through the screen slit but snap shut once you have passed through. It’s so easy to use, even my dogs figured it out on their own and now happily go outside whenever they please. The mesh is big enough to allow a nice breeze to come in but small enough to keep bugs outside.

I live in Florida and have a screened porch leading out to my pool. I had removed the screen door because I have dogs and it was too difficult to let them out. I purchased this magnetic screen and am very pleased with the quality of the product. It was super easy to install and my small dogs are able to "sneak" under it without even opening the magnets. It's been great keeping out the bugs and even the heat. I would HIGHLY recommend this product!

I did not follow the first step which was to clean the door way for the adhesive and it stuck on very well anyways. I use it to keep my cats from scratching at my door every night and it does help. I'm going to buy a couple more for summer to keep mosquitos and other bugs out.

Bought this to replace the old, worn out "Magic Screen" on my sunroom door. I was planning to just get another"Magic Screen" but after researching, reading product reviews and price comparisons, I decided to take a chance on the Titan Mall Magnetic Screen door. And I'm so glad I did! The screen is made of a durable, fine mesh fabric with enough sewn-in magnets to form continuous columns from top to bottom. Magnetic attraction provides quick, quiet closure and creates a tight seal. The screen kit comes with a roll of adhesive-backed Velcro that securely affixes it to the door frame plus a dozen tacks if needed for a custom fit. I'm extremely pleased with the overall performance of the Titan Mall magnetic screen door. It keeps the bugs out yet our little dogs can easily pass through. Excellent product!
