  • Spinal Spondylosis relief
This thing is a TANK once it's full assembled. It comes in two boxes. Like everyone here said, there are no instructions included. Also, the instructions online and the hardware included don't exactly match but all the hardware is there. If you've ever put Titan equipment together, it's pretty par for the course that the instructions and hardware don't match up so for me, personally, it's not much of a pain point. I was actually pleased with the packaging. I've heard stories that Titan packaging is horrible but fortunately, I've never had that experience. Put everything together and immediately started working with it. Now I suffer from all sorts of back problems. Spinal spondylosis, disc degeneration, stenosis, and osteoarthritis. I've tried basically everything there is. This was the last thing on my list as every version of the hyper is super expensive. Rogue's Hyper is about a thousand bucks and shipping isn't included. Pulled the trigger and copped it. After a single set of 25 with two 45's on the sleeves, BOOM, instant relief. I was blown away. I decided to finish off three more sets to make an even 100 reps and I seriously felt bendy and loose again. For the first time in years, my back felt okay. I'm now in the process of programming this movement. I'm also starting to get used to this new normal of my back not hurting as much. I know that there was a huge legal dispute between Rogue and Titan about this machine. It's no secret that whatever Rogue has, Titan has but cheaper. Louie Simmons, who created the Hyper and trademarked the name, Reverse Hyper, gave his blessings to Rogue to use the name Reverse Hyper, hence Titan having to use HPND. I only mention this because I know that it matters to some people. For the average home gym owner, cost is a huge factor. I'll always support Louie Simmons. Hell, I have Westside vs The World on right now as I'm typing this. But like I said, cost is a huge factor. As advertised, the HPND relieves my back pain when I use it. It pumps blood into the areas of my posterior chain that give me problems. It isn't a cure and is not a magic solution but it's damn close to it. I've only had this thing for about a week so I'm not sure of its efficacy in adding weight to my squat and to my deadlift. Time will tell. This machine is giant so to you home gym owners on the fence about picking one up, without knowing how you have your gyms set up, I can tell you now that you'll need to rearrange your space. TL:DR - Immediate back pain relief and this is a giant machine ... show more

  • Outstanding Deal!
First off, I was very hesitant to buy this because of some quality issues that Titan had in the past, but that was put to rest immediately after first use. I had been looking to buy a reverse hyper of my own, and for the low price, this piece seemed too good to be true, but it’s not. It’s quite possibly one of the best deals in all of the gym/strength equipment industry. It’s very heavy and well built. I’m sure there will never be a need to replace it. I am VERY happy with it. I extended the strap a little bit because that’s the way I like reverse hyper straps to be, and that feels best to me, but the strap that it comes with is perfectly fine for most. It took a couple of hours to assemble on my own, but that’s no biggie. If you’re on the fence about this, don’t be. Pull the trigger before the price goes up or people catch on and it’s unavailable. It really is an unbeatable deal! ... show more

  • Well bilt
I am writing this review for people like myself that didn’t know which way to go, there is a big difference in the pay out between the both of these units. I Reviewed the Rogue and the Titan for over a month. Went with Titan for my home gym, the price was better than Rogue and glad I did. After reading the reviews that no instructions came with the unit, I contacted Titan and within a day I was e mailed the build instructions, no problem. I have Power Lifters, and myself using this Titan and it's working well. It’s not a Rouge but the people that have used rogue are telling me I made a good decision. When putting it together start form the bottom up, leave it a little loose then tighten from the bottom up, very sturdy. As for the decompression of the back. It works! Ill check back in a few weeks, with an update. ... show more

  • NO ASSEMBLY MANUAL BUT SOLID PRODUCT
4 stars because it doesn’t have a manual to assemble the darn thing. Then they take you to a website that doesn’t have the manual either. Found the manual through an internet search which took an hour. Make sure you build it where you want it to stay the thing is a beast. Well constructed and packed well in two boxes. Glad I went with titan because the rogue version is way more expensive and this is still high quality. Glad I purchased it but still don’t understand why you would skimp on putting an assembly manual inside. ... show more

  • Worth the money
After watching a bunch of video reviews of this product I decide to do with Titan over other manufacturers. The machine is extremely heavy duty and appears to be well made. The only reason I deducted a star was the padding came ripped up in a small spot. I don't believe it was shipping damage as the parts were very well wrapped. This shouldn't affect its use. ... show more

  • HEAVY as hell
The product is really solid, extremely heavy duty, and looks to be high quality compared to the "other" ones out there. The package was damaged and the pad was torn, but they sent a replacement at no charge. It is a game changer for back injuries/recover/rehab! well worth the money and titan customer service was very easy to deal with. My only advice would be, assemble it where you want it because you are NOT gonna move this once its assembled. HEAVY as hell and very sturdy. ... show more

  • Worth it
I got this specially to strengthen my back, I’ve injured it during a few lifts years ago. Took me about 3.5 hours to set up out of the box. I’ve had it for a week so far and am in the process of breaking it in. Very sturdy. It’s much bigger than I thought. You definitely get your money’s worth out of it. Happy with my purchase. ... show more

  • So far so good
Stout. Well made and VERY sturdy. Got it set up in the gym. Used it for the first time last night. Works like it should. So far so good for about half as much as a Rogue. The only thing I don’t like is they DO NOT make a roller attachment for it.
