All I need is the bottom of it and you would think they have them on stock. They want me to find the new one and then give me credit for it. Seems unfair

I own several Titan attachments and have been happy with their products until now. I have never had to use their customer service department. Where to begin. First off I ordered this auger and paid additional money for a 8” auger bit to be included. I was charged for it but it did not arrive. No response from Titan. Next, the protective shield for the driveline that bolts to the gear box is so poorly designed and the mounting holes cut in the wrong locations. So when it’s mounted to the gear box and you run and auger the shield damages the gear box seal to the driveline and causes it to leak. No response from Titan. Finally the worst part; the top arm is so weak that it twisted and has now made the whole auger useless. I have sent another message to Titan but based on the lack of responses for the rest of the issues I’m not holding my breath. Very disappointed in Titan on this one. Save yourself the trouble and buy another brand that will stand behind the product and deliver what your charged for. I will update this review if Titan decides to make this right. So if the review is still up that means they don’t stand behind their product.
