Easy to install and looks modern. I am so glad that I went with the dimmable. After reading other reviews, I knew that I would want the dimmable, so I had to chose the chrome over the gold (no dimmable available). This light is VERY BRIGHT on its max setting. I like setting the dimmer halfway up for dinner parties and just leaving it on. It has a soft, welcoming glow at the midway point of the dimmer. We also installed it so the lightbulbs cast the light upwards. I would recommend this, as well.
