SAVED MY TOES
I work on a construction site every day. Since Doc Martens stopped making their Industry steel-toe boots, I turned to Timberland with much sadness and doubt. HOWEVER these shoes have made their money back and then some. One fateful day, I was standing close to a industrial sized forklift that was supposed to be off talking to the operator. He accidentally released the emergency break causing the machine to ROLL ONTO MY FOOT. In a panic he stopped it RIGHT ON TOP OF MY FOOT. Due to his panic and poor reflexes, it took him a minute (or maybe several) to drive it off of my foot. Somehow, there was NO DAMAGE. The steel toe wasn't even bent. I took off my shoe and sock immediately upon getting home and there was not even a hint of a bruise. This shoe is a footsaver... maybe even a life saver. I regret ever doubting you Timberland Womens Direct Attach 6 Inch Steel Safety Toe. 100/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!!! P.S. They are also super cute and stylish. I got them in the Turkish Coffee color.

Comfortable and hold up well
Size: 8
Color: Turkish Coffee
Overall good boots they have held up very well! I get them wet drop things in them kick things with them and the only thing that’s changed is the color slightly which is expected when getting them wet pretty consistently! It also gives me great ankle support and I love that, definitely would buy these boots again!

Reviewed in the United States on July 26, 2025 by Was really looking forward to using this product, with all the good stuff being said about it I was quite hopeful! I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and I think it’s the cause of my recent problems with acne:/ I’ve been getting it quite bad in places I usually don’t get acne, and this is the only thing Ive changed about my skin routine… I’ve used it when my skin is damp and pat it in as directed. This product definitely works for certain individuals just not for me! Do your research and definitely keep an eye on your skin’s progress because this stuff left me in some serious pain and discomfort:(
Only Brand of Steel Toes I Would Buy
Call me a little biased because I've always loved Timerland anyway, but these boots are perfect! Super comfy, little to no break in time, and very balanced on the weight. They are true to the insulated title, but not so much that your feet sweat. They're no winter, sub-zero degree boots but they're warm enough for someone who works with construction on those chilly fall days. The arch support is slightly lacking like some others said, but honestly I throw gel insoles in any of my work boots as is, so that's all I needed to make up for it was a $5 pair of insoles from like Walmart or something. They're comfortably flexible around the ankle and well padded at the top. Slight chaffing warning for anyone with sensitive skin around their lowest part of their calves, but only for a few days, and it never broke skin. Only left a little red splotch. All over, another great pair of Timberlands. My dad is partial to Rockies, but, at least in my experience, Timbs are way easier to break in and last considerably longer. Not to mention super easy to spray off when you get mud or something on them. They're incredible, hands down best invested I've made in steel toes.

best ST boots I've found
I tried out so many steel toe boots before landing on these. I ended up having to go down a half size from what I normally wear. The wide is actually wide enough, and the arch support is sufficient. I can wear them for a 12 hour shift (standing and walking on concrete floors for around 85% of the time) without too many issues. I do find that the edge of the toe cap tends to rub the seam of my sock against my toes a little - I guess they just line up in an uncomfortable way sometimes. The inside lining behind my heel is starting to get a little shredded for some reason, and I've only had them for about 2 months. They can also get a bit too warm after awhile - but I work indoors where the temp is generally around 75 F (or higher in the summer). All in all, they are so much better than all of the other pairs I tried!

Run small but comfortable!
Size: 5.5
Color: Wheat-2024 New
These boots do run small. I am a size 5 and bought a 5.5. They fit perfectly. They are so comfortable and lightweight. My feet stayed dry all day and the steel toe kept my feet protected. I love these boots and I definitely need another pair.

This LONGIE APPROVES and recommends 100% !
Ever since I first put on a pair of *TIMBERLAND PRO boots , I have been singing praises for them ! I tell all my co-workers this is the best , most comfortable , most durable steel/composite work shoe ever ! Especially the women , because truth be told men have a lot more options out there . Timberland Pro put out a womens boot that was truly engineered for comfort , I wear all day and my feet are great . I've tried many other brands and my feet truly suffered many break-in periods lasting maybe a month for a boot that lasted maybe 3-4 months . Let me tell you , if a shoe has a "break in period" then forget them , why suffer ? The minute I put on Timberlands my feet have been happy feet. All the years of torture wearing many brands , so glad I found Timberland ! I work on asphalt and steel, a lot of climbing , uneven surfaces tight spaces , I am a longshorewoman ILWU class A , almost 20 years . There aren't many boots that will hold up in this industry like a Timberland. Do yourself a one up and try these .

Runs small!
Size: 9 Wide
Color: Wheat V1
I got a size up and it was still a snug fit. I wear 8/8.5 so I brought a size nine and my toe was all the way at the tip leaving no room. Half of the problem is this shoe turns up at the toe. So it’s best to buy the boots without that turn up at the toe. I’m a truck driver so being able to layer socks or thick socks is a must. So I sent them back!
