My husband absolutely loves these boots! He is a diesel boat mechanic and his boots get thrashed on but these ones haven't worn out in the toe after 3 months like they usually do. A little slick on repair shop floor but still great. Very nice boot to work in! I will probably be getting another pair for him soon! ... show more

The comfort is on point. No break-in period needed, wore them the day after received. I work in repaving and have to stand in or walk through the hot asphalt, they handle the heat well. Down side, leather split on moc toe stiching which allows the asphalt to get between leather folds. They could really use a loop in the back to pull'em on. Other than that, 8-10 hours on your feet and your dogs ain't barking yet. ... show more

Boot is phenomenal, really! My first pair, I believe had a manufacturing defect.. The stitching ended with a knot that laid between the closure and was where the boot bends as you walk. Therefore, creating an opening that exposed the knot and the end pieces of the knot, began to come out. The boot was only 2 weeks old. Exactly 10 days of wear when I started seeing it. I’d didn’t want them to unravel completely as I felt they would with more time so, I made the call to return them. They sent me a new one immediately! Got that pair about 3-4 days later and was back to work. This pair is without the same defect as of now.. It’s been another 10 days of wear and no signs of anything. The boot feels great! Anti-fatigue insoles are amazing! They definitely hold up during the work day and are water proof, not water resistant. I’d say, worth the cost.. Timberland did well with these, in my opinion.. ... show more

Nice sturdy boot. If you have wider feet, the toe area may be too tight for you. It does loosen up after wearing it a few times. The heel on the inside constantly rubs on my heels and gave me terrible pain followed by blisters. I do not recommend this boot for people with larger/wider feet.

These are my 3rd exact same pair of these boots because I love them so much. First off. They break in within 4 solid full work days and even while breaking them in the foot fatigue is very low. These boots are super flexible and comform to your foot and the soles in them are super comfy but don't last long so I just have extras. They are water resistant, they really do keep water out of your shoe. Practically almost waterproof. They have rubber built in the sole to protect you from electrical shock if u happend to be in a short to ground situation. All in all this is my 3rd pair of these over 10 year span and I mean I wear the heck out of these bad boys 24/7 doing construction everyday. They are worth every penny and then some. Dont hesitate. Just buy them already, you'll thank yourself later or I should say your feet will. ... show more
