I go through boots quickly since I wear them everyday. The soles on these look like they did when out of the box. The uppers are scratched and nicked from normal wear. I'm 53 do I don't tolerate discomfort. I wear these all day and then do a 30 minute walk for exercise at the end of the day. Very happy with these. This is the best pair of boots I've ever had. If there's better boots for construction out there, I haven't seen them yet. They last, they're comfortable, and even resisted a baby gator snapping on my toes. The gators teeth never pierced the boot. I do pest control and animal control year round attics crawlspaces any horror hole you can think of the insolation is great I pull daily 12 hour shifts no blisters or foot fatigue holds up well even to frequent chemical applications and a wide range of weather conditions true to size I would recommend a paratrooper style lacing pattern the basic pattern of lacing isn't the greater but 6 months down the road and no real damage gouges or rips for hard work I always go timberland ... show more
