Looks very sturdy . BUT SENT A VERY HEAVY ITEM IN A FLIMZE BOX and paint is all CHIPPED up . that will not hurt how it WORKS but why ship in a box that almost did not make it to me . WHY ?

It does what you think it should do. I have picked up lots of logs with my tractor and this. I can normally pick them up from the tractor hanging this from the front end loader. Pretty challenging to set them down without getting off the tractor. It naturally wants to grab the log when I raise the front end loader. It has been a real back saver. ... show more

I didn't have any expectations for this, just an idea I had to move these logs. Chainsawing would be too time consuming, so I thought I'd drag them. I've never owned one before. I purchased a 10' long 5/16" chain and two hook and loop attachments for the FEL. After assembling everything...it worked! The hooks really dug into the trees. To make them really grab hold I used a mallet. Un-hooking was easy. Just wiggle and it dropped open. The paint chipped off the ring, but that's no big deal at all. I didn't expect it to be powder coated at this piece. The logs I I dragged were very big and damp from rain. Extremely pleased with the results. ... show more
