I haven't really used it long enough to know the long term effects this shampoo and conditioner will have but so far it's great my hair is soft and shiney I'm not sure it added 400x the volume like it says but I don't do much styling I'm more of a wash and go person it seems like it gives a good priming for styling to give volume because it makes my hair so light but I will say if I didn't get it at this great price I would not buy it again this is not worth the full price it is at beauty shops I have been using thier bed head line for years and love it and thought this had to be better because it is thier top of the line product but I believe the s factor performs just the same as the bed head so if I can't get this deal when it's time to buy more I will just get my bed head *update* I've been using this for 3 months now and I love this shampoo and conditioner. over the past 5 years my hair has been falling out like crazy and has gotten very thin in texture but with this shampoo not only had it stopped falling out it has starting growing back I have little sprigs of new hair all over and my hair has grown several inches in the past few months while using this. Also I normally have extremely staticy hair as soon as it starts to get cold so I have been waiting for it to get cold to see how that was going to go and I have no more staticy mess I tested this by using my old shampoo for one day and poof a static filled mess went right back to this and gone. ... show more

I like this shampoo and conditioner though, every couple of days I use a conditioner that conditions more deeply because my hair tends to dry out otherwise. It does give my dyed hair more volume than my other shampoo, which has a high oil content for moisturizing. The shampoo/conditioner has a nice citrusy smell which isn't overpowering. The price is very inexpensive and cheaper than my hairdresser said she pays at a wholesale beauty product supplier. I recommend the shampoo for daily use, though recommend using a stronger conditioner a couple times a week. ... show more

Quickly became my favorite shampoo. Used to have this at the hair stylist I use but they stopped using it and thought it was no longer made. Found on Amazon at a great price and love both the shampoo and conditioner. They both make my hair feel wonderful.

I have very fine hair and this is the only shampoo that has ever made a difference. I''ve tried way more expensive shampoos but this is one I can't live without. I have been addicted to the Catwalk line of Tigi since it was introduced. Now I cannot find it, and I guess it's been discontinued. That makes me very sad. It was the best thing I have ever found for fullness and volume for my longer hair. And I have a lot of it but on the finer side. So it was perfect for my hair. This was okay, but it did not do what the Catwalk did, and was a disappointment. Please bring back the CATWALKQUEEN FOR A DAY! VOLUME! ... show more
