These Tide PODS are a total game changer for me. I used to use liquid detergent, but I always over-poured or made a mess. With these pods, it’s just one-and-done. Toss it in and walk away. Super convenient and no mess at all. I’ve gone through over half the container now, and I’ve had consistently great results. Clothes come out clean, fresh, and the Original Scent smells amazing—not too strong, but definitely noticeable. Even my workout gear and kitchen towels come out spotless. They’ve worked perfectly in my high-efficiency washer, and I haven’t had any issues with them dissolving—whether I’m using cold or warm water. I know some people have said pods don’t always dissolve all the way, but that hasn’t been my experience with these at all. They’re a little more expensive than liquid detergent per load, but honestly, the convenience and performance are worth every penny to me. I’ll definitely be keeping these stocked in my laundry room. I used to think that Tide was a household staple for everyone but when I realized that it isn’t I felt compelled to provide a review. Tide has never disappointed with its fresh clean smell, its effective cleaning action, and its gentle reaction to our clothes’ fabric. Although I love fabric softener and we use it on all of our clothes, I can say that it is not required. Based on recommendations, we do not use softener on our towels and wash cloths and they are still refreshing and somewhat soft. Another important thing about the purchase for me is the unbelievable convenience of PODS. There are no spills from overfilling the measuring cup and I never have to guess about whether or not there’s enough detergent for a full load.
