Pan is does a great job cooking food, nothing has stuck to the pan while cooking or even as the food cools down. It does so much that I really haven't found myself reaching for anything else and it is so nice! Looks like I will be needing to purge my cabinets soon! The quality of this pan is wonderful. This is a pretty cool versatile pan. Besides obviously saute, fry, like any other frying pan, you can also steam with the steamer insert. It's deep enough to do a small shallow stew. It also has a light duty pressure cooking option. It's not on the level of a heavier duty dedicated pressure cooker, but this little bit does help speed up cooking. Handle stays cool. Having a helper handle with cover helps with maneuverability. It also comes with a silicone spatula. It's decent non stick as good as any other ceramic non stick. I don't think it's actually ceramic, but it's just not super nonstick as Teflon. This is an alla round great versatile pan. This price for a single non brand name pan may seem high, but this is quite versatile, so I don't mind the price at all. ... show more

I really like how this pan can be used for multiple cooking methods. It came with a steamer attachment and a silicone spatula. It was easy to assemble. The steam/pressure valve handle is unique to my experience. I didn’t really need it while I was cooking but I did see steam coming out the nozzle. The indicator on the handle did turn white when my pan was hot so that’s great as a visual cue. This pan was very easy to clean and I didn’t experience any food sticking to the pan. I really like the tangerine orange color, and the kit came with all sorts of accessories. I used the steamer accessory with it to steam some veggies and they came out perfectly. The pan cleaned up really easy with a sponge, some dish soap and water, and it heats up very evenly on my gas stove.
