Cool change to pin clip strip binding machine. They machine works great and they supply more than enough clips. The clips are for 10-13 pages, works great for this amount. The clips clip and unclip to reuse if needed. Exceeded my expectations

I bought this product to make unit books for my classroom and for doing its job, it gets 2 stars. HOWEVER, that is now thanks only to the fact I took it COMPLETELY apart and reassembled it…THREE TIMES. I had used it less than a day when I was punching a 15 page book (15 sheet capacity according to them) and a tooth became jammed in the slot. So I carefully removed the paper and followed their website instruction on how to handle. The tooth itself had completely come out of its casing. So I took it home and as I said before, took it completely apart, right down to having to reinstall the teeth. Put it back together and paper still got stuck. Time to take it apart again. Then fixed the spring because they do not tell you on the website that when a tooth comes out it can misalign the spring to where it doesn’t open all the way and let your papers back out. This time I didn’t put the casing back on and slowly worked through 1 sheet, 2 sheets, until I got to 13. It then decided to jam yet again, so there is the third time I took it apart. Does it still punch and bind? Yes. Is the punchable paper count offered by the company truthful? NO! If you try, it will jam and you may spend longer repairing it that you have actually used the machine. Plus they don’t warn you that there is massive amounts of grease even after you do the cleaning punches when you go to do the repair their website recommends so it will also cost you your shirt (or favorite one in my case) ... show more

I just tried it several times, and in my opinion it could not make 450 pages at all! Maximum as 200 pages and every page would be very difficult to put into the string! So in my opinion it is not worth for money announced.

I finally own my own binding machine. I tried those cardboard 3 hole folded in the past. I never liked the way the pages laid when you opened them. This binding system allows your pages to lay flat when you open the book. I especially like that this machine punches the slots and binds or unbinds your documents. It is also nice that this binder came with a bunch of backbones that are needed to make your books with. This thing makes making small booklets a breeze. ... show more

I am taking some online coding classes and wanted some simple, custom notebooks/textbooks for my courses so that I could make the most out of the resources provided by the class. I wanted to be able to easily and quickly make the notebooks whenever I need them. That’s why I purchased this rather than going to the printing store every time I need a new book. I have never used a contraption like this before. It is very straight-forward and easy to use. I purchased this specific one because it has a full handle bar and I wanted something that was easy for me to push down on. It’s great! It comes with everything I needed and is ready to use out of the box. All you need is a printer and some paper(it does not come with clear covers, but I personally don’t need them).
